This beautiful newly renovated two-story house is clean, spacious, and conveniently located in downtown Charlotte Amalie! Be our guests as you enjoy our beautiful island home!
The first floor of our property has a/c and includes a huge kitchen equipped with brand new appliances as well as a breakfast nook and extra seating for your dining needs. Our property also includes two living spaces and a powder room on the first floor. The front living room is equipped with two sleeper sofas and a smart tv for your convenience. We also have a sitting room which is just the right spot to read, relax, or play some games when you have some down time!
The second floor has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds that can easily be converted into a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The spacious master bedroom holds a king sized bed as well as a twin sleeper sofa. The master also has a dedicated work desk and computer chair. Guests can enjoy access to the upstairs porch right from the master bedroom with views of the mountainous island we call "Rock City." The master bathroom is also located within the master bedroom. There is an additional full bathroom on the second floor as well.
All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and smart tvs, where guests can access apps such as YouTube, Netflix, and more!
Our property is perfectly situated for business or leisure. Regardless of your travel reasons your safety is our priority. As such, there are two security cameras facing opposite directions on each of the four corners of the exterior of our home.
Within 2 minutes driving and 5 minutes walking distance you will find the hospital, fire station, police department, and two court houses. You are also 2 minutes driving and 5 minutes walking distance to the busy downtown shopping and restaurant districts to include Main Street, Yacht Haven Grande, Paradise Point Tramway, and Havensight Shopping Mall and all the restaurants in between! Enjoy the beautiful and newly renovated Veterans Drive Improvement Project overlooking the harbor in downtown Charlotte Amalie. Our conveniently located property is about a 15 minute drive away from some of the world's most beautiful beaches to include Magens Bay Beach, Coki Point Beach, Linddbergh Bay and Brewers Beach.

This property actually belonged to my grandmother. She loved to cook and was known for taking care of everyone she came in contact with and so it is only fitting that she was a nurse. This property is sentimental to my family and we put a lot of love and attention into making it the perfect getaway for your island vacation!

The home is super spacious and located so close to everything. It is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, night life, you name it. From the famous Mainstreet, to the Havensight Shopping Mall, the Paradise Point Tramway, and the shops at Yacht Haven Grande and all the delicious food in between. You will be in our historic district with museums and buildings to explore. It also is walking distance from the hospital, police station, and firestation.
