Welcome to The Lofts in Downtown Clarksville, Hosted by Byers & Harvey! Our stylish condos are perfect for travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. Take a walk to Shelby Trio and sightsee on their rooftop bar. Enjoy our spacious living area with a full kitchen and comfortable sleeping accommodations. Enjoy high-speed internet for working remote or stream your favorite shows. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a long-term stay, we have everything you'll need for a memorable experience!

This fully-furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is located on the second floor for easy access to the main public walkway. The kitchen offers a full-size stove/oven, overhead microwave and full-size refrigerator/freezer. The main living & dining area provides plenty of space to enjoy a meal, relax on the couch, and stream your favorite shows! The bathroom is stocked with hotel-like amenities and emergency toiletries in case you forgot anything at home as well!

Guest Access:
Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive your custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.

Convenient, Comfortable Loft

Julian was a great host, sincerely accommodating and attentive whenever we reached out. We appreciated that the bed had a memory foam topper making it comfortable for a 5 night stay. The kitchen had what you need and we found the spice rack an added bonus for cooking. Great water pressure and all appliances worked well.

3 Nights at the Peay

Other than the consistent smell of cigaretts, our stay was pleasant. The air was foul especially in the evenings when we wanted to relax.The furniture could use a good dusting. The bed and sofa are most comfortable.

Hi Reginald, thank you for the feedback! We're actually in the process of remodeling this unit, so I'm very sorry about the dust. We should be done in the next couple of weeks, including the listing photos 😊 We're very concerned about the cigarette smell as we have a zero-tolerance policy on smoking. I'll give you a call in a moment for a follow-up, so we can pinpoint where the odor is coming from (either inside the unit or the unit next door which is also a short-term rental)

Noisy upstairs people

From the beginning, the people upstairs where very noisy. It started at 10pm until 4 am. I had to work and just couldn't sleep. I tried to contacting Billy Jo Who is the maintenance perso He finally got in touch with the owner and I told him to have me call the police. Yea right like the Police have nothing else to do.

Close to downtown and highways. Modern, comfortable apartment with nice touches. Good lounge area with comfortable seating for more than just 2 people.
