There is even an expansive waterfront pool area, and a private water launch area at the back of the property! Plus, you’re just a short 20-minute drive away to the world’s leading beach destination - Grace Bay Beach.

Upon arriving at Blue Island Villa, you will see our newly remodeled gated entrance, and you will be treated to a peak at the electric blue waters awaiting you. Perfect for unforgettable family vacations, friend's retreats, or even a girl's getaway, and is decorated with luxury furnishings and décor throughout. Turks and Caicos world famous Sapodilla Bay Beach and Taylor Bay Beach are just down the road from Blue Island Villa. Exploring the island is easy, as our villa location provides a short drive to many favorite points of interest on the island of Providenciales.

The interior features air conditioning throughout all indoor spaces at no extra cost to our guests. Eight beautifully appointed bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, an expansive living room, two large kitchens and dining areas, media lounge room, and a laundry area. Bedrooms are located on the first and second floors, accessible by stairs. All bedrooms, living room, media lounge room and bar feature ceiling fans and smart tv’s with streaming service capabilities. Main living room and bar tv’s feature a football lover’s streaming package, with every football channel available so you don’t miss your favorite NFL or College game! Luxurious linens, towels, beach towels, beach bags, plush bathrobes, and toiletries are all provided as well.

Outside features a brand-new bar area with gorgeous water views, a large pool with plenty of poolside lounging space, a grill/BBQ area, plus a private man-made white sand beach that rests above the water. There is also easy and direct water access to the Chalk Sound. A Sonos sound system powers multiple outdoor speakers where our guests can enjoy their favorite music. Provided for our guests during their stay are two Yeti coolers, and standard kayaks. Clear kayaks, clear paddleboard, and snorkel gear are available for an extra charge.

As you enter the main (top) level, you will find the office, a half bath, laundry area, master suite, four additional bedrooms, including our newest addition, a dual twin/twin bunk bed room, a large open kitchen, dining and living areas, all seamlessly extending onto a waterfront terrace overlooking the Chalk Sound. The top floor offers some of the most stunning turquoise views of paradise! The stairs will lead you down to the lower level, where you will find the media lounging room, half bath, second large open kitchen, large dining area, another sitting area, second laundry area, the junior master suite and two other bedrooms. The lower level also extends onto a waterfront terrace overlooking the gorgeous waterfront. You will exit the lower level to a walkway that will lead you to our gorgeous large waterfront swimming pool, bar area, BBQ area, the small private man-made beach area, as well as access to the Chalk Sound.

Top Floor:
Bedroom #1: Large master suite with a Cal King bed, an oversized luxurious private bath with a large rain shower, double sink, large walk-in closet, and spectacular water views.

Bedroom #2: King bed with a private bathroom.

Bedroom #3: Queen bed with a shared jack-and-jill bathroom and spectacular water views.

Bedroom #4: Queen bed with a shared jack-and-jill bathroom.

Bedroom #5: Dual twin/twin bunk bed room

Lower Floor:
Bedroom #6: King bed, two closets, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom.

Bedroom #7: Cal King bed, sitting area, closet, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom.

Bedroom #8: Large junior suite with a king bed, two ceiling fans, private bathroom, and spectacular water views.


Daily cleaning service is provided, as well as a personal travel liaison to assist with any travel needs prior to your stay and a personal house manager to assist with any house needs during your stay. Grocery service is optional and available to you prior to your stay. A private chef can also be reserved for you at an additional cost, as can in-house spa services, and our own guest exclusive rental Jeep Wrangler.

Blue Island Villa leases with a 3-night minimum stay. Holiday weeks require a 7-night stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Please inquire about the holiday week availability.

Once you submit your requested travel dates, our travel liaison will be in contact with you. Guests will be required to complete a rental agreement once the booking is confirmed, and a $1,000 security deposit is required.
