Alta Bella Villa is a resort-style, luxury oceanfront private estate designed for large families and groups of friends, comfortably sleeping up to 20 guests (up to 14 adults). The property spans a main villa and three private-entry casitas, offering exceptional space, privacy, and seamless indoor–outdoor living. Chalk Sound is one of the most scenic and peaceful areas of Providenciales, known for its turquoise waters and private atmosphere. Just minutes from Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beaches, as well as the popular Las Brisas Restaurant, it offers the perfect balance of seclusion and easy access to island dining and activities.

Guests will receive a gate code the day before arrival for the private entrance gate. Upon arrival, we’ll meet you at the property for a brief welcome orientation, sharing all key codes and going through the villa and island amenities using our Digital Guidebook.

The layout functions like a private resort, with the main villa as the central social hub and three separate casitas providing flexibility and privacy for multi-generational groups. Five king-bedroom suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom, anchor the estate—three with ocean views and one with a partial ocean view—while two additional queen bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations. In total, the estate offers seven bedrooms.

All amenities—including the Nordic spa, fitness center, oceanfront pool and hot tub, and curated water experiences—are reserved exclusively for your group, ensuring a seamless and private resort-style stay.

Designed to comfortably sleep up to 14 adults. All mattresses are luxury memory foam, with white noise machines + sleep masks for restful nights. Bedroom flexibility allows groups to prioritize king suites, privacy, or family-style layouts. Five of the seven bedrooms are featured king suites, three with ocean views, one with partial ocean views, and one interior king suite with a private ensuite, ideal for primary couples or VIP guests within your group.

Additional sleeping capacity is provided via high-quality sofabeds and Murphy beds, ideal for children or flexible family arrangements. Maximum comfortable adult occupancy is 14.

Alta Bella Villa guests will mostly drive to explore the island. The property has ample parking for 4-6 cars with private entrance and exit gates. It’s a 25-minute drive to the main Grace Bay tourist area and 5 minutes to local beaches and restaurants. Guests often jog in the neighborhood or take a stroll to Taylor Bay Beach to enjoy a stunning sunset.

The Nordic Spa and Fitness Center is a special place where fitness and wellness come together. Please follow all of the guidelines for cleanliness such as showering prior to sauna and cold plunge use. We kindly ask that you help us to keep the space clean and beautiful for future guests.
