One of these rooms also provides private access to the main floor deck giving you incredible views of the slopes. Across the hall you’ll find a full size washer and dryer, conveniently available for you to use during your stay. A stand alone bedroom can also be found on the main level and can only be accessed from the outside of the home. To the right of the garage you will find the door to this room which provides a queen size bed and attached bathroom.
Head down to the lower level for hours of fun and entertainment. In the den, grab your favorite board game and have family game night. Watch the big game on the flatscreen tv as you relax on the leather sectional. Mix up your favorite drink at the wet bar or grab a glass of wine and a good book as you enjoy incredible views from the window nook. Access to the lower level deck facing the slopes can also be found through the glass door. You’ll find one bedroom on the lower level, providing a fun twin over twin bunk bed, seating area with a sofa couch, mounted flatscreen tv, and private deck access.
Upstairs to the top level of this home you’ll find the grand living room. Vaulted ceilings and large open windows open up the main living space and bring in plenty of natural lighting. Two sofas and an armrest chair provide comfortable seating in front of the large flatscreen tv. Prepare gourmet meals in the open concept kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The remaining two bedrooms can be found on this level at the top of the stairs. The first bedroom provides a queen size bed and full size attached bathroom. The last bedroom gives you a plus king size bed and attached bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. Private access to the top floor deck can also be found in this room.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
