When you're not down cooking out on the beachfront shared charcoal grills, you'll have a fully equipped kitchen for putting together meals. Central air conditioning guarantees a cool and comfortable retreat. The private washer/dryer will take care of the swimsuits and the beach towels while you relax.

I loved it. My only complaint was the door code. It was really long. I had to screenshot to use it each time lol. The condo was great, everything I needed was available and it was quick walk to the beach!! I can’t wait to go back!!

WiFi no tv the entire stay

It called several times and was told someone was coming and they never did. Our trip was horrible no tv or WiFi the entire trip. My kids was miserable and then we had bad weather so that made it worse. I will never book here again. I am still waiting on a call from the manager since Friday

Ocean stay

This property suited our family of five very well. We loved how close it was to the beach and enjoyed catching the sunrise at the beach every morning.

Roomy space right on the beach. Close to restaurants, shopping and activities. Quaint with beach decor. We loved it!

Loved the area

The condo was pretty clean. Not well supplied as I am used to in the kitchen. We did have a mouse visitor one evening. we opened the door and it ran out. I looked almost like a pet mouse.

Great vacation getaway

Cozy and cute

I loved my stay at Beach front 203. There were a few unusual sound periodically from the AC and the fridge but everything worked wonderfully and the noises weren’t annoying just unusual. First time Vacasa customer and I would most definitely rent this unit again.

Nice but older

Had a hard time opening the lock box. There was a ceiling fan in the middle of the living area on the floor. Called but it was 2 hours for someone to come. They took the fan which was from the bedroom and never came back and replaced it. Suggest you start the ice maker for incoming guests.

Great cozy condo!!

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. We will rent here again. It was as advertised. The beds were extremely comfortable so we all slept well! The two flights of stairs were manageable. The building is on the beach side so that was terrific. The condo had everything we needed and the host was responsive. A great stay!!

Tastefully decorated on the beach

This unit is not for older folks or families with kids or anyone who cares about safety. The unit is located on the 3rd level. You must endure 30 wooden steps to arrive at your unit. There is no elevator. The unit is in the back corner of complex so it is quiet but you need to walk pass 8 units before going down 30 wooden steps to get to the beach. So plan your excursion and wear flip flops. The complex is quiet and you are allowed to park in a designated spot while you are vacationing which is nice. This particular unit needs ALOT of work. The owners have not put much effort into the functionality of the unit for LOTS of years. The decor is "beachy" but there is almost too much "beachy decor" in the unit based on the size of the unit. At this point, don't plan to cook in this unit. You will need to plan to eat out. The unit is extremely cramped with a very small bathroom so you will "get close and personal" with your roommate so make sure you like them. You will need to bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. as there is no beach service. There is NO pool so you need to plan to spend all of your "water time" in the Gulf. The complex is quiet so if you are looking for action, this complex is not it. There are plastic chairs in front of the unit on the walkway. No smoking is allowed. There is no lounging or laying out anywhere near the unit other than on the beach. The rooms on the Gulf side are 605, 505, 601, 501 and appear to be the best units for gulf view and beachfront with outdoor seating. I will never stay in this unit or complex again because I like to rotate my beach time with pool time and I am getting too old to climb 30 steps with luggage to vacation but if those things don't bother you then you may consider the complex as it quiet and well maintained. Almost forgot, it is located in the quieter portion of Gulf Shores Island so the beach is quieter. There are less high rises on the east end of Gulf Shores which is were the complex is located.
