Superb duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Elegant, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, my accommodation is located in the heart of the capital. Located in a central, lively and lively area, our apartment is close to department stores (Galeries Lafayette) and the large Place de la République. You will be a 13-minute walk from rue Montorgueil, a charming pedestrian street with many shops.

- Living room with sofa
- 1 WiFi smart TV office space
- An equipped American kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine) and a dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs
- 1 double bedroom with shower room
- 1 bedroom with queen size bed and a desk
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 separated toilet
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
