Lovely well-kept home with everything you need for a multigenerational Pocono getaway experience. Exceptional communication and responsiveness by the host, and excellent recommendations for local activities both in a comprehensive welcome binder and via text. Loved our one week stay.

Amazing House and Location

Everything about this house was perfect. The owners kept in contact leading upto our stay and were available for any questions. Not to mention all the amenities! We will definately be staying there again!

Exactly as advertised. Amazingly well equipped for families. Our kids ranging in age from 3 to 9 had the best time playing with all the toys & sports equipment. The kids kayaks in particular were brilliant for the beach.

Amazing property and hosts!

My family and I stayed here over Christmas, and it was a perfect location and excellent property! Rita and Melissa were AMAZING, and I could not have asked for a more perfect holiday stay for my family. They decorated the house for us and made sure we were so welcomed. The property was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed! And again, I cannot say enough about the hosts (Rita and Melissa)!! I defintely recommend this property for anyone visiting the Poconos!

Arrowhead Lake was awesome

Beautiful, clean property. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Memorable nights with family out around the fire pit. Several beaches, playgrounds, and other activities within this gated community. (Note: the vehicle passes and activities fees for our party of 14 was over $250).

Wonderful Space

This had to be one of my family's favorite stays in recent years. Melissa is a superb host, anticipating my questions before I asked and providing everything we needed for a wonderful stay for 4 generations of our family. There were multiple places to both sleep and hang out in the house, all the supplies one could hope for when making meals for the family, great opportunities for swimming and boating near by and so many things for the kids. Our family is ready to return.

Great memories made at the Hive

We had all of our children & toddler grandchildren gathered for the wknd at the Hive. We loved every minute of our stay. The home is large and very clean and accommodating to our family of 15! The playroom for the toddlers was a big hit! So much love,hugs, and memories made. Thank you Rita and Melissa.

Loved this house

The grandkids especially loved the home but we all did (8 adults, 2 kids)! Communication was super clear, and Melissa helped out with everything we needed. It was the first time we stayed in the Arrowhead Lake Community so we were a bit nervous about check in etc but it was great. The grandkids (8 and 5) especially loved the night swims. We all had a wonderful super comfortable time.

Awesome family vacation

We had an amazing stay at The Hive. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 small children. The playroom and outdoor swings/fairy garden kept the kids busy when we weren't out and about. The house was also pristine!!! Melissa was a dream to work with when planning the trip. She thought of every last detail to make our stay a pleasant one, and was quick to respond to messages before and during our trip. She even helped book a hike with goats for us! I cannot recommend this home enough. Thank you to Melissa (and Rita!) for hosting us and helping us to make family memories we will never forget!

Fabulous host

Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home. Your every details made our job easy to check in / check out, using community amenities. House is very nicely maintained and well organized. We all had fabulous time spent these 3 days. We will definitely make a visit next time again. You are such a nice host. With so much of patience you responded to every question I asked. And sent us lot of pictures videos to make us comfortable about the house.

The Hive is a Haven

My family and I stayed at The Hive for Mother's Day weekend. The house was SPOTLESS and equipped with everything we could have ever needed and more (can we just talk about the essential oils and Not Your Mother's hair products?! LOVE)! The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathroom on each floor set up! The house had so much space for all three little families in our group, yard was AMAZING and we were so very thankful for the playroom since the weather was NOT on our side. Melissa was amazing to communicate with and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. We are already talking about our next visit back!

Family vacation at The Hive

The Hive was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean. Everything was as pictured & as described online. Rita and Melissa had the home set up, inside and outside, with pretty much every essential item we needed and more. Our grandson’s favorite spot was the playroom— especially the magic tracks. His second favorite was the water table on the deck. He didn’t want to leave! One of my favorite moments was watching a bear walk through the woods beside the house! Melissa was a super host, anticipating all of our needs, offering helpful information every step of the way. By the time we left I felt like I had made a new friend. Thank you Melissa and Rita for allowing to stay at your home. It’s definitely a place we would love to stay at again.

Family Reunion

We had a great time at the PoconoHive. Our group of 14 had plenty of space and everything we needed to cook a large Turkey dinner. The property has a whimsical feel and close To many things to explore. The host answered all our questions timely and had Great suggestions on places to eat. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful stay in the Poconos

I have been traveling to Arrowhead Lake for over 10 years and have stayed in many different properties. The Hive was our favorite!! Rita and Melissa have set this home up with everything you can possibly imagine -- from cleaning supplies, toiletries, appliances, and everything in-between. The house was also incredibly clean and all the furniture very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the back deck at night listening to records and enjoying the seclusion and quiet sounds of nature. You will be sure to have a terrific stay if you book with Rita and Melissa at the Hive!

Fun at the Hive

The house was truly a home away from home. We visited with three generations and everyone throughly enjoyed the home, amenities etc. The owners descriptions were detailed and accurate. Any questions were answered quickly and many suggestions for activities and local dining were given.

The pocono hive was amazing

The house was amazing. It was super clean and well laid out. Our children loved the playroom and the swings outside. Quick drive to the pool and lake. We will definitely be returning to the hive! it was one of the best vacations our crew has taken. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about it!!

Perfect family escape!

We had so much fun at Arrowhead lake and The Hive was the perfect home base during our trip. The house itself provides so much entertainment for kids between the outside space and the playroom. It was incredibly clean and the communication with Melissa was beyond helpful and efficient. She went above and beyond to make our trip special and we cant wait to return! Lauren and friends

Wonderful weekend with the family

The house was extremely clean and organized. The house was stocked with anything you needed for your stay. The homeowner was extremely easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone and especially to those looking for somewhere family friendly.

Great time at the Hive!

We had such a tremendous weekend and experience! The host was extremely helpful and communicative the entire time. We had COVID complications that forced us to change plans and the host was very understanding and accommodating. The house was as great as it was described and felt very homely! Great layout for multiple families and very kid friendly house. We will absolutely be coming back!
