Beach townhome! Enjoy the sound, pool, and ocean!

Newly Renovated!
Just steps away from the ocean, canals, sounds, and pool. Located in the gated community of Queen’s Grant, which has 1 of the largest pools on the island. (Open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day) Enjoy a playground for the young kids + basketball goal for the older kids. The townhome’s 1st floor has canal & sound access right off the back deck and the beach is a short 200 yd walk.

Fully furnished: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, + bunk room, and sleeper sofa

During June, July & August our home rents from Saturday to Saturday.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have 2 external security cameras located under the townhome monitoring & recording the front and back stairs.

Check in was seamless. Great location easy boat access and nice pool area. 2nd time at this location and layout of house works perfect for our family.... this year hot tub was up and going also. Hope to book again next year.

Nice quiet retreat

Came down for just some R&R. Complex was quiet and refreshing. Caught a few fish in the canal. Fun trip

First time in Topsail

We enjoyed our first stay in Topsail! Nora and John were great, especially with an A/C hiccup. Beach is much wider than in OBX and not crowded. Access was easy and very close! Pool was nice feature after being on the beach. Kids had a great time fishing and crabbing right on the canal and sound. Beds super comfy and the unit was very clean and decorated so cute! My kids loved the bunk room! Will definitely stay again!

Loved our Topsail stay

John & Nora's house was lovely - exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable, excellent location between businesses of Surf City and Topsail Beach. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions. We would highly recommend this stay, and our kids have asked to come again next year! It was a short walk across the street to the beach, and there was an enclosed shower on the ground level for rinsing off the sand. We loved the tacos at Shaka Taco in Surf City and roller skating and ice cream in Topsail. A tour of the sea turtle rescue facility in Surf City was a hit with the kids.

Perfect family vacation home

We loved so many things about this vacation home! The size was perfect - the bunk nook is GREAT and such a smart use of space. The house has recently been updated and all the furnishings are so nice. Has everything you need too! We love Queens Grant and the location of his unit is perfect - canal front, right next to the pool and just across the street from the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location. Direct communication with the owners was great and they were always prompt to respond. Just overall a wonderful experience. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.
