Welcome to Unit #343—your cozy and inviting two-bedroom waterfront getaway, perfect for a relaxing stay in downtown Charlevoix. This thoughtfully designed condo features a bedroom with two twin beds and a loft bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. With two full bathrooms, including one with a jetted tub, there’s plenty of space and comfort for everyone. The living room also includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, allowing you to easily accommodate additional guests.

The open-concept living space offers a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mid-size refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals. With seating for up to five in the living room, a high-top table for dining or gathering, and the warm ambiance of a gas fireplace, this unit is perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day out.

Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy scenic waterfront views as boats glide in and out of Round Lake—an ideal place to relax and take in the surroundings.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and easy access to downtown Charlevoix. You’ll be just a short walk from the area’s best dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an excellent choice for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

A perfect stop over

This was a perfect layover on our way through MI. The beds were comfortable, the towels were great and the place was quiet and clean. Yes, the sofa arms, coffee table and carpet are showing their use, but it really wasn't an issue. The little deck overlooking the inlet was enjoyable, both day and night, and it was fun looking around the corner to see the bridge opening for the boats. Thanks!

I'd say the only slight issue we had all weekend was figuring out where exactly our unit was upon arrival... But we found the signage inside and figured it out 😁 Best location of a place, ever - super convenient to downtown and walking the river. We slept well and boy howdy, the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was GLORIOUS. It was like being sprayed down by the opa during a riot. (Just kidding - it is awesome though) Slight musty smell upon arrival but it may have been the smell of the pool wafting up. Oh, pool is great! Used it late Saturday with the kids. Thought our key wasn't working and then realized the other door was just wide open, hehe, and we said "ooooh that's why we have the pool smell upstairs!" Awesome place for a fall-winter-early spring break. Would love to be able to afford staying here in the summer but yikes, no! We'll just enjoy those beautiful views and quacking ducks in the off season ❤️

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We tend to rent a condo once or twice a year in northern Michigan to enjoy the colors, or Venetian Week or just to visit family. To us, besides location, comfortability is the number one most important aspect of renting a getaway/vacation place. If you have old, rundown, dirty carpet and old, grungy, dirty furniture and horribly uncomfortable beds...Then it is not a comfortable space. The carpet should be replaced with a more applicable and easy to clean flooring. You didn't even want to take off your shoes. The furniture is so old, there are indented dirty fingerprints in the arms of the couch and chairs. We had to sit at the table the entire time. Definitely time to replace the furniture! And lastly, please update your beds!! It is where your guests spend the most amount of time. The beds are hard, slanted, dirty bedspreads, etc. Very uncomfortable.It would be a great place to stay if these updates are made. If not, keep looking.

Ski Weekend

We had a wonderful stay in Charlevoix. Skiing and shopping and visiting family. The condo was spacious and clean. All amenities we needed. Great location and enjoyed the pool too!
