Welcome to unit #355! Our beautiful 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a queen bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette, with a 2 burner stovetop, drawer refridgerator, cabinets galore, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

The condo had some “ issues” with the refrigerator -and though a small one was provided in the room and was there when we checked in so they knew the one needed repair I’d did seem “ out of place “ . The view was spectacular. We will be back

My kids and I enjoyed our stay very much, had a Great view and very quiet and close to downtown. We definitely will stay again, management was very easy to communicate with and very Friendly staff. The room that we had was very nice, great little details and charm!!!

The location was perfect for walking into town, and our young kids got a kick out of the view of the lake and being able to watch the drawbridge. The pool was also a big hit for the kids! This was a perfect option for our family of 4 to have room to spread out during our trip. The property was clean, and the staff friendly! We can’t wait to come stay again!

We did not get back to the property until after 1 am on Friday night so we fell asleep immediately. When making the bed Saturday morning I realized that the pillow had a blood stain on it - not the pillow case covering the pillow - the actual pillow underneath. So upset!

It is very dated inside...late 80's/early 90's. Had stains on the carpet and other issues. A big one was no shade on the skylight which allowed sun directing in over the bed at 5:30 am! The manager was great and made adjustments for us.

This year we really noticed how stained the carpet was. And a t as bake was broke on the deck when we arrived. Changing out the carpet to a vinyl floor throughout will make a huge difference in freshening up the place.

The carpet was so badly stained and dirty that i didn’t want to walk barefoot. The screen on the balcony was broken so we couldn’t leave the door open. Very disappointing stay. Also, the front desk didn’t seem to be to concerned about our complaints.

The room itself had filthy carpet and cobwebs throughout and a TV the size of a monitor and it was not even a Smart TV. Nice views is the only thing desirable and not work the price or even close.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always look forward to a short stay in Charlevoix. It’s a charming town with enough to do for a few days. Close enough to visit and shop in Petosky as well. One hint, be mindful of local business days and hours of operation. We came on a Sunday and left on a Wednesday. Many stores and restaurants were only opened from Thursday to Sunday so we had a few places not opened during our stay. There were new places to try and some old places no longer opened or not serving food. Disappointing.Never had interaction with the front desk other than checking in and checking out.

Carpet filthy

Reviewer Comments: Great location, but the carpet in this unit has so many stains it was disgusting- when new flooring is put in the unit will be lovely, cool furniture, very nice updated showers, and decorated nicely. I would suggest a large TV in the living area as the one here was small and difficult to see in its location. I’ve stayed in a few other units here and have never had any issues - I will not be staying in this unit again. I’m not saying it was dirty because the general place was clean it was impossible to ignore the terrible carpet stains though.

Edgewater vacation

Reviewer Comments: We basically loved the room and of course the view, we were however disappointed in how dirty the carpet was and the drawers in the kitchen. The air conditioner wasnt working for the first two days and we had to leave the patio door open all night to get air into the house. The third day we turned it back on and it worked fine after that. We needed to iron some clothes, we found the ironing board but there was no iron, The Edgewater facility is definitely in need of a major upgrade. The pool area has tiles falling off, wall paper in the hallways bubbling, the place just looks tired. For the money I would expect more.
