While we’re happy that a temporary small refrigerator was provided to ensure you had access to cold storage, we completely understand that it felt out of place and not as seamless as it should have been. It has since been replaced and works perfectly. I did let housekeeping know about the cleaning issues. I also shared your feedback about the tv with the owner of the unit.
