Super clean with modern facilities designed to make your stay convenient & enjoyable. Kid friendly, tons of board games & large tv in loft. Leave your luggage in the car & use our convenient luggage carriers to the 2nd floor unit.

This property is equipped with all the comforts of home:

- Large living room w/ fireplace, comfortable furniture, Smart tv (75"), high ceilings & lots of light! Play your music on our Sonos sound system.

- Dining area seats 8 with 3 more at kitchen counter

- Sleeps 10: Large master suite w/ full King bed & tv; Bedroom 2: Cal King bed / tv / private bathroom; Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Loft: 2 double bunkbeds/ 1 twin bunkbed & tv. Shares full bath with bedroom 3

- Modern kitchen w/ granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, full complement of dinner & glass ware, utensils and pots/pans.

Great rental within walking distance of Canyon lodge

Clean rental, two floors with plenty of room for the kids to sleep. Close to Canyon lodge for skiing. Very friendly owner.

Immaculate Condo in a great location

We enjoyed our stay in this updated and clean Condo. It had everything we needed and was extremely well stocked. We used this as a base to visit Yosemite and then enjoyed our family reunion hanging out in the evenings. I would highly recommend this lovely Condo. The communication was excellent.

Group Trip

This was home base to explore Mammoth and the area for our group of 3 families with kids aged 8-15yo. The property was great for us: clean house, well-equipped kitchen, enough beds for 12 of us, convenient location with access to pool and spa. Stephen was the perfect host who was very detailed and responsive. We’d stay again if we visit Mammoth in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Vacation

Property was very clean and well supplied. Loved that there were spices, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and K-pods. There were enough dishes and glassware for our group of 11. The kids loved the loft area. We had a plumbing issue and the host responded quickly and it was resolved. Great location and easy access to the Village. The kids also enjoyed the pool every evening. We enjoyed lots of hiking, sightseeing and kayaking. We would book again if we were to return to Mammoth Lakes.

Great place!

Our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids) fit perfectly - adults took the 3 bedrooms, kids took the loft with the 3 bunk beds. Loved that there were 3 bathrooms so no waiting needed. Nice view from the living room/kitchen area. We were able to play in the snow in both the front and back yard areas. The bus stop is conveniently located right outside the building. Loved this place and will definitely be coming back!

Comfortable Stay

Our group of 10 was comfortable in this space. Stephen provided the necessary information timely, we had no reason to reach out during our stay, kitchen nicely appointed, and location very central.

Amazing stay

It was overall the easiest stay that we have ever had. The home was perfect for relaxing and enjoying family. Plenty of room and amenities. We will stay here again if we visit Mammoth in the future.

Great Condo for Families

This was an amazing property for our two families with a total of 8 kids. We loved the proximity to Canyon Lodge and the Village, perfect in between spot. The kitchen was was really well-stocked also.

Great location & property

My family and I stayed here on March of 2022. We all lucked out while choosing this property for our annual Mammoth trip. Six adults and six tween/teens. We all fit very comfortably at this beautiful cabin. We all had our own beds, space, comfort and family bathrooms. The accommodations were great. Big screen TV in the living room with easy access hookups for gaming counsels, board games to enjoy and then some. The jacuzzi was right outside the property. The bus stop is literally right outside (stop 75). It’s a quick walk to and from Canyon Lodge. There’s also a very short drive to Mammoth Village. My family will definitely stay here again, winter and summer. Do yourself a favore and keep this property in your favorites. You can’t go wrong with this choice. The owner (Stephen) is very friendly, responsive and considerate. I can’t say enough. You can’t go wrong!

Great location and price!!

Plenty of room and beds for our annual mens retreat. Clean condo. Satellite jacuzzi is small yet conveniently located. Shuttle picks up right outside condo.
