Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for making the short walk to the beach or dinner or walk the other way for a quick game of tennis with our provided tennis rackets and balls. Gleason Park is also a short walk away and offers a playground with walking trails and a public pool.

You will have access to the entire home for your stay.

Immediately walk in and feel the open space greet you. When you step in the door you will see the expansive living room/kitchen/dining room area that makes up the main living space. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil and supply that you will need for your stay and probably many more that you won't even use. This includes a crockpot, blender, pots and pans of all sizes, plus Tupperware for leftovers.

We also have all sorts of oils and spices that you can use while you are here. We never want you to have to worry about buying salt and pepper or oils to make your favorite meals. Enjoy our home and just bring yourself and your personal belongings. We provide

- Dryer sheets

-Beach towels
- Luxury Soapbox body wash/shampoo and conditioner with Sea Minerals and Blue Iris.

No need to pack those items for your stay at Kiss the Wave. We got you covered.

The dining table seats 6 and there are 7 additional bar stools to sit at the kitchen island if you need more space.

Take a few steps up to the second level and you will have access to 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One is a master suite with it's own private bath and enormous tiled shower...remember that we provide all your luxury bath body wash/shampoo/conditioners for your usage.

If you walk down a few steps from the main living area, you will have access to another bedroom with a king sized bed. Also located in the lower level is another family room with top of the line Samsung smart TV with cable tv so you don't miss any live sports. The two sofas in this living space also fold out into comfortable double beds with sheets and pillows provided in the closet of the living room for additional sleeping space.

If you walk through the dining area, you will come into the Florida room at the back of the home. This area is a great space to just relax and read a book or drink a cup of coffee in the morning. There is a couch and also a high top table with seating for 4 if your group needs more space for meals.

The Florida room has double doors leading out the back of the house to your very own privacy fenced back yard that has an in-ground pool that can be heated for $30/day (probably needed during the cooler winter months). Along with your private pool is an attached hot tub.

The back yard has plenty of green space for throwing around a football or playing some of the provided games like corn hole, ladder golf, or spike ball. The back yard has a gas grill that you can use for some BBQ or grilling some burgers. Enjoy eating outside at the 6 person table. If you want some additional seating, you can move over to the pergola area with more lounging furniture and it even includes a propane fire pit for the cooler evenings.

Don't forget the pool lounge chairs if you want soak up that famous Florida sun too...just don't forget your sunscreen. If you do, we typically have some around just in case. Feel free to use it, but just leave it for the next guests in case they forgot to bring their favorite sunscreen too.

Just past the Florida room is a conveniently located 3rd full bathroom for when you need it when you are out at the pool. If you walk past the bathroom you will walk into a full on game room with full sized pool table and top of the line Samsung smart TV with cable and some high top bar stools and tables.

Kiss the Wave is conveniently located to about everything you will need. You can walk to the beach or multiple restaurants within 10 minutes, or get there by vehicle in 60 seconds. Within the house we also provide

- Beach towels
- Beach cooler
- Beach wagon
- Umbrella
- Beach chairs
- Sand toys for the kids.

Just remember to pack them all up and bring them back when you return and rinse off the sand.

There is a laundry room under the carport with an additional refrigerator if you need more rooms for drinks or food during your stay or need to wash any clothing. We have plenty of washer pods and dryer sheets for your use while you are there as well. Again, we just want you to have to bring yourself and your personal items. We will take care of the rest.

There is ample parking at the home for up to 3 cars comfortably. You can walk to a number of restaurants and the beach, or jump in the car and you are 60 seconds from A1a with anything and everything you would want for meals, shopping, and nightlife.

The entire home is set up with the fastest internet available. You will be able to stream shows from multiple devices at the same time. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with top of the line Samsung smart TV's as well as 3 more tv's in the main living areas for all of your tv needs. Spectrum cable TV is provided, or you can use any streaming service that you want to log into as well. Tons of yard games and beach toys/chairs/umbrellas/wagon/cooler are provided. They will be located in the laundry room under the carport or in the shed in the back yard. Take advantage of all the games, but just remember to bring them back and rinse off the sand when you are finished.

If you want to have the pool heated, just let us know and we can remotely heat it for your stay. It is an additional $30/day if you would like that heated, but totally worth it in the cooler winter months.
