Preciosa casa con porche delantero envolvente en una ubicación idílica en la ciudad de South Haven. Seis cuadras cortas a Dyckman Beach, ocho cuadras cortas a North Beach. Pase por el pintoresco puerto deportivo en el sencillo paseo de cuatro cuadras hasta el centro de South Haven, un centro lleno de deliciosos restaurantes, encantadoras boutiques y una sala de cine antigua. Descripción de la casa: esta casa tiene un plano de planta abierto y agradable con una gran cocina comedor, amplios comedores y salas de estar y tocador en el primer piso. Hay tres habitaciones de tamaño generoso con capacidad para nueve en total y un baño completo en el segundo piso. Todo el exterior y el interior de la casa han sido pintados con buen gusto. Relájese en el porche delantero envolvente o en la cubierta trasera privada recientemente reconstruida con vista al bosque, a la que se puede acceder fácilmente desde las puertas corredizas de vidrio en el comedor.

Distancia de algunas ciudades importantes: South Haven está a poco más de dos horas de Chicago y tres horas de Detroit. La ciudad y sus comodidades brindan una maravillosa escapada para familias y parejas por igual. Unas vacaciones geniales a un precio excelente.

Checking in was easy and the communication was great. Nice house with nice open rooms for large family gatherings. We loved the front porch and the back deck. Only issues were the double bed in the front bedroom with the one twin in it is very sway backed and uncomfortable and the upstairs got VERY warm no matter how cool the air said it was. It was a series of 90 degree days so I am sure that contributed but it was very warm. The fans definitely helped.

Nice Lake House

We enjoyed our stay at this lake house with 3 adults and 2 kids. The front porch with swing is a slice of heaven and the kitchen table was great for gathering after cooking dinner on the grill. Quick 5 minute drive to north and south beaches (Too far to walk to the beach with all of our beach gear and kids) and walkable to downtown area. The owners were very communicative.

Perfect for our annual Girls weekend

We enjoyed exploring and shopping in South Haven.This property is exactly as described. We were able to walk into town in about ten minutes. The house is well stocked with appliances and staples if you wanted to cook. We ate out for the most part and were able to relax and catch up in the evenings. There was plenty of space for us. This house is very nicely decorated and we even met one of the neighbors who was very nice and looking for his cat!Neighborhood is quiet. I highly recommend giving it a try if you want to see South Haven! Kyle answered any questions we had very quickly.

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Everything was neat and clean. Close to town without being in the middle of it. Property manager was very responsive when we had something break on us and had it fixed very fast. All in all a great property and a fantastic weekend

Long weekend - first beach vacation with little kids

This was the perfect house for our first family vacation! We have three little girls (5,3, and a baby) and we made great memories both at the beach and in this home. We especially loved the porch swing! It was so clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Quaint House in a Quiet Neighborhood

Kyle and Debbie were very nice and quick on communication. The house is bright and well stocked with supplies which is always appreciated. Neighborhood is cute and across the street from a park which is ideal for littles (playground and basketball goal).We love the big front porch. The location is pretty good in regard to distance to beaches and the town, much more doable with rented bikes (less than 10 mins on bikes to North Beach, 20 min walk,15 mins to a small beach which was great to watch the sunset). We drove when all 6 of us were going to the beach as carrying all of our stuff would have been tricky.

Great location!

The house is just as it looks. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of family friendly dvds, puzzles, and games if you have a rainy day or need down time. Nice large dining room and table with seating. The deck with a grill and the porch are great bonuses. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe. Cute little park on the corner if you have little kids. I have teens so we didn’t use it. The location is ideal!! Very short walk to town and beach.

Charming home with a great location

We enjoyed staying in this house and especially its location. It was one of the most well stocked cottages we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed, and then some. It was an easy walk to town, and the neighborhood was charming. We would stay here again!

Great location and neighborhood

We felt very safe in this home and this neighborhood. We loved the ease of walking to local eateries. The beds were comfortable and the living room had a nice vibe to hang out and talk in the evenings. The reason I didn't give it a "5" is that it is a little rough around the edges. The porch needs a little attending to (sagging boards and a coat of paint) but it was very clean and convenient.

Great weekend away

My best friend is getting married. A couple of friends and I decided let’s do some king salmon fishing. We aren’t drinkers and fishing is our thing. We had plenty of space and mins away from everything and the water. Thanks again will be back.

The house was adorable and comfortable. Only wish we would've known there wasn't an iron and a blow-dryer, which normally wouldn't matter, but we were in for a wedding, so those would have been very helpful. We would stay there again though!
