This home has recently been totally repainted with other updates including a new kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances, a renovated bathroom, and beautifully refinished hardwood floors. The three bedrooms and one bath will accommodate 8 guests comfortably. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Additionally, there is a large laundry area downstairs complete with an oversized washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots and pans, dishes, utensils, baking dishes, and most kitchen essentials.

OUTDOOR SPACE

In the back is a wonderful 14' x 14' screened-in porch for relaxing on summer evenings. Also, enjoy the fire pit as well as table and chairs privately located on brick patios in the back of the home. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for cooking out or playing yard games.

In the outdoor shed, you will find three adult bikes, beach chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, kids' sand toys, and outdoor games including corn hole that are provided for your use.

Parking: Parking is provided for 2 cars in the driveway and as available, street parking in front of the home
