Deep water access w/ 65ft inland slip! Private Beach access! Water Taxi!

1 Norriego is located in Holiday Isle. Boats are welcome but no trailers or RVs allowed on property. If you are bringing a trailer make arrangements with us for free parking offsite. This location is the best place to be in Destin because it’s not on Hwy 98 and you don’t have to deal with summer traffic! You can navigate to everything from Holiday Isle! Private beach access directly across the street. The Water Taxi will pick you up from the back yard and taxi you to Harborwalk Village for entertainment and dinning. Bicycle to Norriego Point to watch fireworks every Thursday night during the summer. You can also see the fireworks from the balcony if you want to stay home! If you have a boat, bring it because we have a 65ft inland slip with deep water access to Destin Harbor and Crab Island! Our 2 story home is on a huge corner lot with a gated spacious back yard and second floor wrap around balcony. The main living is on the second floor. It also has a lockout living space on the first floor. It is newly updated with an airy beach theme perfect for a beach vacation rental. It can comfortably sleep 12 people and has off street parking for 8 cars, 2 car garage. Come experience Holiday Isle luxury style!!!

The ground floor living space has a front and rear entrance. The living area has a sitting area and a set of twin bunks, a TV, mini refrigerator, microwave and sink. It has a private bedroom with queen bed and full bath with combo tub/shower.

The main living is on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor has a wrap around balcony with front and rear entrances. The living room, kitchen and dining area is an open concept layout. You can seat 6 at the island and 8 at the dining table. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. The primary bedroom (#1) has balcony access, a king bed and ensuite bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower. Bedroom # 2 has balcony access and a queen bed. Bedroom # 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has a set of twin bunks. All 2nd floor spare bedrooms share a full bath.

Check in was easy. Lauren communicated quickly and handled everything we needed.House was perfect for us and the location was incredible. Walks to the beach were short and easy. Basically had water front and back with the inlet there. It was our first trip to Destin and we had a great time.

Perfect location for boaters!

Beautiful home on the water that was so perfect for bringing our boat down for the week. The owners were so easy to work with, very kind and accommodating. Loved the decor of the home, it was clean (BIG stickler on this) and would absolutely book again!

Great Amenities

This property was perfect for our entire family. We are half fisherman and half beach bums and this property fit both of those needs perfectly. The boat slip on the property was so convenient and beach access right across the street couldn’t be any better. The house was big enough and had plenty of bedrooms for our entire family. The wrap around porch was extremely nice and perfect for watching fireworks. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall this was an excellent stay for me and my family.

Amazing Location

Beautiful house and location! Extremely clean and comfortable. We rented this house for our family to enjoy as my daughter was getting married in Destin. Owners were very responsive and friendly and even brought a new grill to the house as the one there had a burner that wasn’t working - could not have asked for a better response! Beach access is super close and the backyard is amazing! We were able to watch sea turtles and dolphins from the dock in the back. Yard was spectacular at night with lights and a fire pit! Highly recommend this house!

Great location

We enjoyed our time on vacation. This house was in perfect location and very clean. My only negative is that the back yard has changed a good bit as they have had a slip added. So the pictures online need to be updated. There isn’t a dock to sit on with fish cleaning station as the pictures show and it was difficult for us to get in and out of our boat because it is a very big slip.

Family Christmas Getaway

This place was perfect for our Christmas family gathering. It had a nice yard in the back for our fur babies to play in, a dock where we did some fishing, a fire pit which we used to roast marshmallows, and plenty of room in the house for all of us to enjoy. The beach was conveniently just across the street. Lauren was a great host, and very accomodating. We will need to do this again!

We really enjoyed our week at this house. The beach was super close and easy to access. We brought our boat - launching and trailer parking were nearby and safe. It was so convenient to have the dock and not have to launch the boat daily - just walk out the back door and head straight to the harbor and crab island. The dock is on a lift system which allows you to adjust the height to your boat which creates an awkward step back up to land - some people may have difficulty with this. Lauren and Lane were easy to reach and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome Vacation Home

This was, by far, the best vacation rental we have had thus far and we have been coming to Destin for 15+ years! The home is just as described with plenty of extras like beach toys, chairs, corn hole boards, etc! The home itself was well stocked and we were very satisfied with the location and close proximity to the beach! The backyard is gorgeous and the dock is great! We brought our 23’ boat and had no trouble getting in and out to go fishing each morning. All in all, an awesome rental and Lauren and Lane are fantastic to work with! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Great Location

Great location. Was able to park boat at the dock in the canal while also able to access the beach directly across the street. Very short boat ride or water taxi to all the waterfront restaurants. Lauren was very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. Provided offsite parking for our boat trailers at no additional cost. House was exactly as depicted in the pictures and descriptions. Exactly what we needed for our group of 9 people and did not even use the bunk room. Enjoyed our stay, thanks!!!!

Summer Fun Surf Shack

This is an older beach house, so not fancy and smells a bit like an older beach house (not too bad though). However, the owners have obviously done a lot of updates so everything inside is really nice and clean and doesn't look too dated. It's very comfortable. The downstairs area is great for teens and my boys had a blast. The best thing about this property is the location. It's a huge lot right across the street from the beach access and on a canal with a boat dock, so you get the best of both worlds. We always stay in Holiday Isle and this lot really has the best location in the neighborhood. Apparently Holiday Isle is trying to deter rentals, so there is only one beach access card, which is ridiculous but it's the HOA's fault and not the owner's. We made it work and the beach is beautiful and never crowded. We also loved the fire pit in the back. Having use of the garage was really nice too for the beach stuff and extra fridge and freezer for ice and drinks. Beautiful property and made for family Summer fun!

Roomy house with great location

This home is perfectly situated in Destin with a dock in the back yard and a beach across the street. Restaurants, shopping and activities are nearby. Even though we had the worst weather during our stay, the house was spacious enough for everyone during the rainy times. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we didn't get to enjoy the huge decks and dock as much as we would have liked to!

We celebrated our dad’s 80th birthday and an early Christmas. The number of rooms was perfect for our group. Lauren was great! The beach is beautiful and only a short walk across the street. Had everything at the house to make our seafood Christmas dinner. Would definitely rent again!!

Five ⭐️ Property

This home was absolutely AMAZING and PERFECT for our family that came for a wedding. There were 7 of us. Our grown children and their significant others. More than enough room, there was even a room that didn’t get used. The suite downstairs was perfect for our oldest daughter and her BF. The home was very clean with all the essentials needed. We actually cooked in quite a bit so that we could enjoy the HUGE fire pit at night. My husband found someone that delivered a whole truck load of wood to us. With the cool October evenings it was perfect. The location- TERRIFIC! Unfortunately, the plan was to bring our boat but with the cooler weather we decided not to. But I can tell you that we still enjoyed being on the water. My son lived on the dock, fishing all day. He even met a friend that was steadfast by his side all week (waiting for something to drop) a Blue Herron we named Henry. The Beach is literally a 2 min walk. They even supplied chairs and beach towels, even though we brought ours it’s nice to know for future visits! A two stall garage with an extra fridge as well which came in handy. Our pups had an excellent time as well. Everything was perfect! Lauren was very responsive and easy to get in touch with if needed. My family are ready to plan for next Summer! Thanks for helping us to make GREAT family memories!

Great location!

Best of both worlds - easy walk to the beach across the street or jump on the boat! The host provided trailer parking offsite and was a huge perk. House was very clean and the outdoor space was great. There is a fire pit in the backyard that we really enjoyed using on the cool October nights. Definitely would stay again!
