Building memories

This property was one was one of the best properties we have stayed at. The property was clean, the owners were very responsive, and it was an easy walk to the beach! We appreciate the time and the memories created!

Surfside Get-away

Barefoot Days was absolutely fabulous and i highly recommend. It's a well-kept property that's stocked with many of the conveniences from home, making the stay ultra-convenient. The property is very clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Downstairs has a great grill, TV, fire-pit for smores, hammock, swing, etc. We will stay there again on our next visit to Surfside.

Very clean and comfortable

This place was very clean and comfortable. Liked the lockable storage room downstairs with refrigerator so we didn’t have to carry everything upstairs. Enjoyed playing cornhole.

Excellent vacation property!

My Husband and I throughly enjoyed our weekend stay. This home is beautiful and has a fantastic location. The property Owners were quick to reply to any question we had during our stay. We would highly recommend this vacation rental. The area had great Security that we saw nightly patrol through the area. We will definitely stay at this property again.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean & well decorated. Loved everything about it. Randall & his wife were absolutely great hosts. Very responsive & helpful to all my questions. My husband & I will definitely be back

Perfect Surfside Rental!

This home had everything our family of 4 needed! Our teenager had her own room. Our 10-yr-old had 2 bunks to choose from & the classic Nintendo games worked great! The kitchen, balcony & downstairs had everything we needed to cook & relax. And the master bed was SO comfortable. The balcony lights are on a timer, so no matter what time you arrive it’s easy to find your way. We did use the golf cart, cooler & sound bar. It was a wonderful addition getting us to/from restaurants & beach time. A new favorite Surfside rental for sure!!

Great experience!

We had a great time during our stay here. I greatly appreciated that the host included a wagon, beach towels, a beach tent and chairs! With 4 little kids in tow, it helped lighten our packing load significantly! We had our toddlers in the bunk room and each also had a pack n play in the other rooms. I’ll forewarn that the room with the queen size bed is tight so if you plan to put a pack n play in there, it’s tight. The primary bedroom has plenty of space! Overall, a great time!

Fantastic!

This house is better than advertised! It’s decorated so cute and they thought of everything. Kitchen stocked so well even though we didn’t cook much everything you could possibly need is there. The beach is so close and it’s so nice and clean. If you like collecting shells, they are everywhere. We had a fire and s’mores every evening. We went in a fishing charter and caught giant fish. Took the meat to pier 30 and they cooked it for us. We rented the golf cart and it was amazing. Highly recommend doing that. The communication with the host was excellent. Best we have ever had. That was super nice. Rent this house, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful, Comfy Beds, Plenty of Space

We had an amazing time with our friends. Plenty of room for both families. Sheets were soft and mattresses are comfy. Kitchen is super roomy and the drink fridge was a bonus. There really isn’t a grand view of the beach from the patio but there is one sweet spot next to the stairs and windows from the kitchen are nice. Beach access is super close and easy to walk or drive. This place really has everything you need for the beach. Chairs, towels, sand toys, wagon and shade tent. Siri, gaming systems, Wi-Fi, and cable. It’s all there just like the description says. We came home tan and happy.

Great house. Highly recommend.

This was the second year we stayed at Barefoot days. The property was as amazing this year as it was last year, regardless of the recent hurricane. I love that the owners made some upgrades in additions from the previous year. Adding a fridge downstairs and a prep sink Made preparing food to cook on the multiple grill options so much easier. Having a fridge and freezer steps away to store drinks for the beach and fresh fish to cook later meant less steps up and down the stairs. This property offers many extras that most do not. We did not have to bring beach toys, wagon, beach, chairs, or even a cooler. They provide all of that. We will definitely be back.

Better than expected

Barefoot Days was better than expected. Pictures do not do this place justice. It’s in the perfect location. Close walk over the boardwalk to the beach. Also drive on the beach access one street over. So many extras offered. Chairs, toys, tents, you name it. The downstairs area outside was set up perfectly for cooking/hanging outside. Breeo & charcoal grill, tv, coolers, 2 tables & comfy chairs for chilling. All the lines & towels were extremely high quality. Plenty of kitchen goodies. My 15yr old, 13yr old & 4yr were happy daily. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked for next year already. The host have been amazing to work with. Overly accommodating.

Great Property!

My group and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was clean, beautiful, and very close to the beach. It also had plenty of games to keep our group entertained throughout the weekend. My only con (which is no fault of the property managers at all) is that there were a LOT of mosquitos around the house and area, so I would recommend bringing a lot of bug spray and mosquito zappers to help. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect R&at vacation

Had very nice family vacation! House is beautiful and all the amenities to make a beach day perfect! Location outside hustle & bustle, but close enough to everything. Family already asking if we can do a repeat vacation for next year!

Interior was all new, plenty of room inside and outside. Close enough to carry chairs and cooler to the beach. Communication with host was prompt and polite, we would def recommend

Barefoot Day is owned and operated by the Wallace family. We bought this property in October 2021 and loved remodeling it with our personal touch. Our goal owning this property is to offer a fun, relaxing vacation experience when we’re not enjoying the home ourselves. The home is located on a private cul-de-sac on the far east end of Surfside. Far enough from the crowds but not the vibes. 90 steps from the property to beach with convenient walk over. All the amenities available to make your stay just as safe and comfortable as home. We work to hold the highest standards in safety and cleanliness addressing all contact points with disinfectants, the entire home professionally cleaned prior to every visit. We always keep antibacterial cleaners available for guests. We enjoy entertaining outdoors and strive to provide the best experience when staying with us. We offer contactless access, smart entertainment, games and beach toys for kids, checkers, corn hole, coolers, chairs, tents and a wagon to help take things to the beach.

We offer wonderful second row views, 90 steps and less than a 60 second walk from the property to the beach. Completely remodeled home with updated stainless appliances, beach decor & comfortable beds. We have a Breeo Fire Pit and Gas/Char grill combo with optional griddle for searing. Recently added whole home water system with Reverse Osmosis and Adirondack chairs on the patio and under the home for relaxing and taking in the gulf breeze along with streaming on two 4k, smart tv's, one in the living area upstairs, the other TV down stairs that can be enjoyed while cooking or warming up by the fire pit. If you haven't tried Sand Cloud beach towels, they do not collect sand and are great towels to take to the beach! We offer 7 of them for our guests.
