4 Bedroom Beach Home on a Private Island with a Private Pool

Enjoy spectacular views of Captiva Pass and Pine Island Sound from this professionally decorated Tropical Island Beach house! This 4 bedroom, 3 baths home has beautiful wood floors throughout. Multiple French doors provide a panoramic view and lead to spacious covered porches to view sunrise and sunsets or just watch the boat traffic.

Great room has a 50” LCD flat panel Panasonic TV with matching surround sound. The surround sound unit has a dvd player.

King Master bedroom and queen guest room have double French doors leading to screened porch. Gourmet kitchen has upgraded cabinets with roll out drawers and Corian counters. Observation tower affords 360-degree view of gulf, bay and island foliage. Entry deck includes enclosed outdoor shower and fish cleaning station for those awesome catches. The heated pool, trex deck and relaxing ottomans made private with large coconut trees and foliage can give you that “awe” moment.

The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator, Panini maker, pancake griddle, mixer/juicer, MargaritaVille mixer, pots/pans, plates and silverware for everyone that you want to entertain.

Weber gas two-burner grill located on the deck next to the kitchen makes it easy to prepare your grilling delights. WiFi at the property. Rate includes 2 golf carts. Saturday to Saturday check in/out during high season. Temporary Membership to Safety Harbor Club is paid by us for you to enjoy the private beach, tennis courts, pool, Over the Water Restaurant off season as it is small.

Relaxing spot on North Captiva

My wife and I were looking for an extended stay in a secluded location; North Captiva was the perfect location, and this house was the perfect place to stay! The location is quiet and the views of the ocean were amazing. Owner and property manager were helpful and easy to work with.

Beautiful home on a beautiful island

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Feet beach house on North Captiva. The house was beautiful and very well equipped. We had one small issue with one of the golf carts, but the owner/property manager did a great job promptly making arrangements for a replacement cart. Even the golf cart repair person (Will) was very helpful and courteous. A great experience all around.

My family and I just wanted to send out a thank you again to a very gracious host. The home was lovely and we had a wonderful trip. A couple of great surprises were that there was a highchair and a pack & play. With a 2 year old it was a great thing to find. The family enjoyed the game room, the pool, the amazing view, and just every moment. Watching the sunrise and the sunset from your deck were some of our daily favorite moments.

Perfect Island Getaway

This beautiful home provided my family with the "perfect island getaway. It had everything we could possibly want in a vacation home on North Captiva Island - a heated pool, a cozy balcony, two golf carts to explore the island, a game room, an outdoor kitchen, friendly concierge service and plenty of other space for the entire family. In addition to many other amenities, the place was immaculate and the owner was super responsive to any questions or needs we had. Can't wait to come back and visit the island!!

Incredible House, Endless Amenities

This was an incredibly well thought out house with awesome amenities and spaces. There were quiet reading spaces, spots to watch sunsets and sunrises, a game room for our kids (and adults), plenty of areas to make cocktails and cook, and a great outdoor kitchen among other things. The two golf carts made it a blast to get around the island for beach visits, ice cream and dinner stops, etc. Yamirka was very accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend this spot.

Paradise vacay in North Captiva Island

The house, location, owner and property management exceeded all our expectations! This was our 1st visit to North Captiva and we couldn't have been happier. The beauty and peacefulness of the island were amazing. A+++ Yamirka's home is the best!!

We loved it!!!

Captiva Island is a hidden gem, all sand roads, the most amazing sunrises and sunsets, such a great place to get away! Sandy Feet was amazing, such a beautiful house and beautifully appointed and stocked. We loved the game room, the pool, the outside grill area and the porch above the house. We had a few small issues with the golf carts, and the owners were amazing in getting them repaired and providing.replacements in the meantime. The property managers were top notch. Highly recommend for an awesome vacation.

Great family time on North Captiva!

My family and I (8 adults) stayed at Sandy Feet during the week of New Years, and had a great time. The home is absolutely gorgeous, and accurately described in the listing. We all had fun using the pool and foosball tables, laying out on the deck(s), of course walking the beach. This home has everything you could possibly want to make your vacation on North Captiva a success. Yamirka (owner) and Tortuga Properties were both very communicative and responsive to whatever questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic.

The whole family thinks this place is amazing. customer service was unbelievable. they helped us pre plan our visit. communications with the owner and the management team was superb.. they were very responsive to our request and to fix some issues we had. we had 2 children under 2 years. this house is perfect for families with young children. lwe highly recommend this house.. thank you.

Dream Vacation

This was our third trip to the island and our second at the house. When we saw the remodel online we knew we had to come and check it out. The house did not disappoint! Sandy Feet is an amazing home with just about every amenity you can hope for. The outdoor kitchen is amazing, and there was always more than enough seating for our big group of seven. We loved the new game level, we were all able to hang out and shoot pool and enjoy the bar area. The pool was a great option after a day at the beach. We found the house to be wonderful with every touch thought of. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Sandy Feet!

Excellent vacation spot

This was an amazing island and an amazing place to stay! Everything was just as listed at the house. There was plenty of room for our group of 8. (2 families) The house had all the amenities you need and more. We absolutely loved the fans the new owner added on the porch. The views are breathtaking! The property owner was great from the beginning to the end. Helpful and welcoming in every possible way. You will not be disappointed in this house and the experience you will have!

Wonderful Island Getaway

I booked this for Mother’s Day weekend with 6 adults and 2 infants. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed having the pool available after a long day in the sun. Heater definitely works! The property management team (TORTUGA) was very responsive and courteous. The house is as shown in the pictures and everything was in working condition. The only issues we had was the baby gate for the staircase was broken and tires were flat for the bikes. The amenities like the beach chairs, grills, beach toys were a wonderful plus to have on the vacation. Will definitely consider booking this property again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Thanksgiving week - post Hurricane

The home is amazing. It’s truly beautiful and equipped with everything you can think of (not pantry items), but everything else including everything you need for outdoor grilling, beach chairs, pool towels/floats,pack n plays, games, etc. Owner was very responsive & helpful. Unfortunately we were there less than a month post hurricane, so there were a few kinks. The island is working hard to come back, but so much devastation all around. Unfortunately, golf carts were hurricane collateral damage which was a bummer & made transportation difficult, but did not ruin our time. (This is reason for my 4 on property accuracy.) N Captiva is a beautiful place. We look forward to returning & seeing the island with its beauty (& less hurricane debris).

North Captiva Getaway

Overall, the house was amazing. The game/bar area in the enclosed lower deck provided a great place to spend some time when not out exploring, providing an assortment of games, pool and foosball tables, and a nice wet bar. The rest of the house was very nicely furnished - both inside and out, and the observation deck on the roof provided a great view of sunset. The outdoor kitchen/bar was a great place to hang out/cook/eat. My only complaint is the private pool - which was a big reason we booked the house - was inoperable for the duration of our stay. The issue was discovered a couple of days before we arrived, but we didn't find out until we were halfway there. The owner did give us a few options, and we opted to continue with the stay and use the Safe Harbor Club members only pool. Not as readily accessible as the private pool, but it worked.

Another Great NC Stay

This was our 4th trip back to NC. Sandy Feet was a lovely home, great views of the water, beautiful landscaping. Pool had nice shade, ideal direct sunlight from about 12-3. Rooms were nice. Porches throughout were a delight. Fun to be on the North side of the island, great views and fun to see a plane or two take off during the week. Two golf carts was a great offering. Made transport to the beach and around the island that much more comfortable. Communication with owner and property management team was great. Give NC a try, you will not regret a moment of this wonderful Florida gem.

Island Paradise

This was our first stay on North Captiva Island and it was wonderful! The island offers beautiful sunrises & sunsets, a gorgeous landscape, and a relaxed vibe. Sandy Feet was one of the most beautifully landscaped homes on the island! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Feet and loved our first North Captiva experience. We'll be back!!

Paradise

We have just spent a wonderful week at Sandy Feet. What a perfect getaway! We had the most gorgeous view and enjoyed the comfortable living area and deck. The owner had taken such care to create this oasis retreat. Stunning landscaping, abundant orchid plants, indigo blue pots of succulents and geraniums and more welcomed us. A lovely heated pool was relaxing and refreshing after our island explorations hiking, fishing, shelling, dolphin and manatee watching, driving golf carts and just being! This was the most renewing vacation we’ve ever had. Thank you, Yamirka and Tortuga team for sharing your slice of heaven!

My family came for spring break and had an amazing time. The house was perfect and had anything we needed for fun on the island! Tortuga Properties were so helpful before and throughout or stay! One of the easiest and memorable vacations for our family.

Great place but construction not peaceful

Loved everything but the loud sawing construction noise that happened every day our entire stay since they were clearing a property … could not use porches pool or outside space which was special
