New baby in the fam

Out stay was terrific. I did massive amounts of cooking for our son and his family. It was so nice to have a real kitchen to use. It was appreciated that we could bring our dog since we were here for a month. The owner was prompt to answer our questions and to take care of issues. We will stay here again!

Overall, our stay was very nice. The place was very nice. Some problems with the restroom door. The mattress in the living room was extremely hard may needs to be replaced. We had to let our mom sleep in the bedroom because the mattress was so hard I did end up getting Covid, so I’m not sure if you want to go ahead and sterilize that place really really good. But as far as appliances and everything else everything was available for us. We enjoyed our stay, except for getting sick part. Also also if you could, please log me out of my Apple ID. I forgot to log out. Thank you very much.

Clean accessible little Condo, with nice screened patio. Full kitchen, but, a little light on pots and pans. I donated some measuring spoons and measuring cups. I just bought aluminum pans in order to cook for our children, as new parents. Great to have wash/dryer right there. Comfortable bed. A titch close to highway 20, where the ambulances run often, but not too bad. Otherwise very quiet area. Loved having a full size coffee Mr. Coffee. For a shorter stay than 3 months, a lovely place to chill. Gisela was very accomodating.

Extremely Nice

Seems like a newly decorated place. Everything matches and coordinates. Bed is so comfortable. You will enjoy Schooners Oyster Bar on the property . Nice place to take long walks . About 5 miles over the Mid Bay Bridge to the beautiful Gulf beaches , shopping and dinning.

Good stay

Not a bad place to stay, overall. It being pet friendly was super helpful as there aren't too many options out there for this. The AC worked really well, which is important in Florida. ;) There were holes that had been spackled on the wall (not sure why any guest would think this was a good idea to do to this person's property and this is obviously not a fault of theirs, it just didn't look very nice), the decorative lights (around the mirrors in the bathroom) both had bad/old batteries, so they didn't work which was a bummer, but, an easy fix if we could have found some extra batteries lying around, which we didn't. The bed was a little small, but comfortable. The back patio with a screened in porch was really cute and also had lights, which was a nice touch - we played a bunch of Uno one night out there. Plenty of dishes, cookware and spices, which was great even though we ate out most of the time we were there. No TV in the bedroom, and a small one in the living room, but I guess you don't come to Florida for the TV. ;) There was an issue with the commode flushing, but the property owner was very responsive and offered to send someone stating she has had issues with this toilet a few times, but we figured out a way to flush it by holding it down (it just ran a bit afterwards making a clunking sound), so we opted to just wait as we were only there for about 2.5 days anyways. There was a broken door handle on one of the doors leading to the laundry, again, not a big deal, just didn't look very nice. Some room darkening shades might be a good investment as the sun rose right into the bedroom - some people might not care about this, but I do love sleeping in a bit while on vacation. =) The washer and dryer were nice so we could do a load before heading home. The shower was nice and big as well. I tried to start the dishes before we left, but there was no dish detergent that I could find. Also, the bottom handle was duct taped and sharpie written on the door on the inside with instructions to not use said handle because I guess people have locked themselves out of the condo, which obviously isn't good. And there was a piece of printer paper with instructions to "leave the temperature at 78" taped underneath the thermostat. Again, not terrible, but just looked a little tacky. Maybe something professionally created and printed and laminated might do the trick? All in all, we come here for the beach and seafood, so not a bad stay.

Highly recommend

Condo was very nice (loved the sea turle decor), clean and close to everything! Owner was also very kind and answered any and all questions promptly! Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town for travel ball.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The TV service was non existent.

Too far from the the beach and it’s $8 a day to go to and from Destin unless you drive the long way around which takes an hours

Perfect Location

We needed a safe place to stay for 3 months when we traveled to Niceville for a family health situation. The property was perfect. It was clean. It allowed our pet. The neighbors were great. We got to know all of them in the building. It was like a second home. Thanks so much Gisela!

Adorable Place

Me and my husband stayed here for a quick Anniversary Weekend . Everything was amazingly clean . The bed was comfortable and we loved the screened in back porch . It was nice to be able to enjoy the evening outside . The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook . There was even Spices and Serveral different types of coffee . We would definitely stay again ☺️.

All pros no cons

This place was amazing. We will be back. We were in town for a funeral so we did not have time to explore but there is so much to explore near the condo. We usually like to stay on the beach but just fell in love with this place. It was first of all the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. You can tell the owner loves and cares for her unit and her guests. She even had coffee, creamer snacks. Laundry and dish detergent, soap and shampoo. The bed seems hard when you first sit on it but it was such a good night’s sleep we’ve decided to get a firmer mattress at home. It was just right. The only thing I feel like the complex could improve on is a little tlc to the landscaping and painting the numbers for the parking spaces so you can see them better but other than that I promise you will not find a better condo on all of the gulf coast. Oh and if you rent this unit make sure you sit on the screened In porch. We sat out there while it was raining it was so awesome and peaceful.
