Come relax in this ground floor Phoenix V 2br Beachfront Beauty! Conveniently located on the ground floor! Also, enjoy the convenience of avoiding the elevators and walking straight from your patio to the outdoor pool and grills! There is a king bed in the bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 6.



Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a splash pad, weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Great place to stay with a young child!

Love being on ground floor

The ONLY thing we can complain about was the condo needing someone to come in and clean it better. Floor had sand and trash all throughout the condo. Water left in keurig, living room furniture and throw pillows had stains, throw pillow on the bed in master bedroom had stains, stove had grease on it, and outdoor table had sand all over it. I cleaned it the best I could with the broom that was there and the Lysol wipes and spray I brought with us. I could had done better if there had been a mop and vacuum cleaner there. I have never had to leave a review about a condo not being clean at any of the phoenix, and only sharing this so the owner knows. I do hope the owner gets this taken care of because we loved everything else about the condo, and would love to stay in this unit again.

I paid extra for underground parking, and it was worth the upgrade. My only wish is it would be nice to have a bathroom accessible with not having to access the bedroom first, but that was just a minor detail. Great staff, security presence make us feel safe and, we were very pleased with the stay!

Second time staying in this unit- needs some maintenance

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here last year at this time, and while the unit needed some attention then, it needs even more now. Living room: There were no extra sheets, and only a mattress cover on the sleeper sofa. Between the mattress and the bottom of the sofa bed, it was filthy. Ceiling fan is full of dust, and one part of two outlets do not work (behind couch and by table). Master bedroom & bathroom: You can’t shut the door all the way if someone else is sleeping in the room, cause you will undoubtedly wake them up when you open or close it. The door sticks, as it did last year. My phone fell behind the bed, and as I was trying to get it, I pulled out a small empty Doritos bag that had expired 3 months ago. The toilet paper holder does not stay in place when you have to pull off a piece of paper. Kitchen: Right side of toaster does not work. The dishwasher does not close without some force. Frig light didn’t work half the time, bottom drawers were gross. The garbage disposal gasket was sitting inside the disposal, where the actual blades are. Fished it out but it kept falling in at the slightest touch. Spare room & bathroom: toilet ran the entire time. There is what appears to be a brand new tv in the room, but the remote was no where to be found. That tv was unplugged when we got there, assuming cause the remote is missing and they couldn’t turn it off. Speaking of remotes... there are three Dish remotes, one which didn’t work (even tried switching batteries), one that said Low Battery every time you pressed a button, and another that worked fine. We had to use one remote between two tv’s since the third didn’t work. The location is perfect- Can’t beat being on the ground floor. You have your own gate that leads right to the splash pad, which leads to the pool and beach. No need to lug everything and everyone in an elevator. Just get those maintenance issues fixed and it would be perfect.

Unit had a fenced in yard with gate to walk out for BBQ area, splashpad, pool, and beach. The view to the beach is limited due to unit being in basement, but to have a fenced area for children was totally worth it. Beds are hard and cookware is very limited, but we made due.

Convenient unit

The unit was so convenient to the beach and the splash pad. Wonderful with little kids. Drawback would be the bushes block the breeze and it’s hard to see the ocean from the bottom floor. There was also not clear instructions on how to get to the unit so we went through the parking garage per how we were told to get there, until we found the doors by the pool the last day. The toilets in both bathrooms ran nonstop and needed to be replaced. Overall, would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my family’s second time staying in the unit. We have a four year old so the convenience of being on the ground floor by the splash pad and the grills makes our vacation as parents so much more enjoyable. The unit itself is nice. The furniture is comfortable. The AC works, but doesn’t circulate the best in the primary bedroom. It didn’t bother us enough to call. The best thing about this unit is the location for sure! We had a blast! The only con I have (and this is not a knock on the unit more of a buyer beware) is that it is much more difficult to control the sand in a ground floor unit even with the rinsing with the hoses on the way in and jumping in the pool. Also, since you are on the ground floor if someone is in the unit above you, you hear all the plumbing sounds. Not bad for us, but could impact a light sleeper. We plan to book again next year.

The complex is under construction so navigating the detours wasnt ideal but manageable. The condo could use a deep clean as well. Overall we would stay there again after the renovations are complete. The small gated patio was great for little kids to play within eyesight.

The location of our unit was perfect for traveling with a toddler. It made it easy to get to any of the amenities with ease. The unit had plenty of space and what we needed to make it a relaxing stay.

last minute trip before school

A bottom floor condo is a must and this condo was in a perfect location, right by the splash pad. This made is easy for running back and forth between the pool area without having to take an elevator. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. The only set back- we didn't realize this condo had a smaller living area than the last two-bedroom we had stayed in at Phoenix V. After moving some furniture around we were able to open up the area a bit. Other than that, we would definitely book this condo again.

Great location / Average facility

You cannot beat the location. It's right in the middle of everything. Pool, splash pad and beach were amazing! The building itself is very noisy. In the condo, there was a constant banging and water running noises that were frustrating at times, especially at night when putting kids to bed. As for the condo, mgmt needs to find a new cleaning company. When we arrived, the property was not clean. The floors were dirty and looked like the cleaning people just swept debris under the coffee tables and furniture. Fridge was dirty, bathrooms were dirty and had hair everywhere. For the price, it should have been clean.

Needs some updating for the price

We had a great time, but we did have a bathroom light that flickered the entire time in the master bathroom. Also, the master bed mattress was in desperate need of changing. It had two huge divots in the mattress where it was completely worn out. The back patio had definitely not been cleaned. It was full of sand and had something that had been spilled on the table and was very sticky. The weather was incredible, and we had a great time though. I just thought the price was very high considering the condition of the room.

Great location!

We loved how easy it was to and from the beach with a small child. She was able to walk the whole trail easily. We loved having the splash pad right out side the door! It is a bit of a noisier building than some but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

Walked out our door and on the beach, great location for restaurants, beach great for walking. Cooler days we walked trails in the park which in very close. 30 miles of paved trails! Kids splash pad right out the door, great for kids but a little noisy also We love this condo and would recommend it!

Orange Beach vacation at Phoenix V

The property was conveniently located on the beach! The ability to come out of the patio from both doors was a big plus, the splash pad for the kids was a major plus They also provided us with everything that was needed for the stay. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, towels, linens. Will highly recommend this place to everyone with kids!

Great location for children!

The property is great with everything you could need. The condo itself could use a good bit if updating the sofa was stained and the furniture showed alot of wear. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the property.

The room was not ready when it was supposed to be. Cleaning service was still there at 4:30.

It was okay. It wasn’t very clean. Just a few misc broken things. Sink handle etc. worst part about it was they constructed a scaffolding right in front of our balcony which totally ruin our last days. I sure that was out of the room owners hand tho.

We loved staying at this place! Everything was very clean! We were worried about the noise being close to the splash pad and indoor pool but once inside your room with doors closed you heard nothing. We will stay here again!

Best room in the building

We came for a Spring Break tournament/family vacation. The room was really clean, had everything we needed and extra bedding and pillows. The patio doors open to a large private area that then opens to a kiddie area. There are a few gates between your kids and danger if you have littles but you don’t have to use an elevator and can park your wagon right outside the door. The indoor pool was comfortable and had 3 hot tubs. It was not overly crowded for Spring Break. The property was obviously older but really well maintained. That brings me to our only issue. On day one someone was jackhammering upstairs. They only did it between 8:30 and 5 on the first day. At around 4:30 my husband started calling people and Micheal came in person the next day to talk to the upstairs neighbor. After that, it was much quieter. A little noise here and there but not all day and they found a quieter tool or something. All that to say, if you have an issue they will genuinely try to resolve it, even if it is largely beyond their control. We had a great time and this is a perfect room for a family vacation.
