Located across the street from the Black River, shops & restaurants. Just a short walk to the beaches & park. Condo includes garage parking, in unit washer & dryer, full kitchen, all dishes and linens. Just show up & ENJOY!

The condo was great for my two kids and me. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants, a quick drive to the beach. The queen size bunk bed was great with teenagers!

Nice unit, good location.

The unit was very roomy and clean. The location was very good; within walking distance to most restaurants. One thing I did not like, which is a VRBO policy, I believe: check-in instructions are sent the day of check-in. Here's a little-known fact, apparently: people are traveling TO the destination on the day of check-in, so not a good day to be sending check-in instructions. Other than that VERY annoying problem, everything was good (but that problem REALLY needs to be corrected...or explained).

We loved the location of this property. We were able to walk everywhere. We liked the privacy and safeness of a parking garage. Having a pool is great also.

Wonderful family stay

Great place to stay for our family. Bed was on the firm side, but other than that this was the perfect rental for our family vacation. Would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful Week in WaterTowne

My husband, son, and my son's friend stayed in condo #5 for a week. It was perfect. The pool is an excellent perk, the decor was lovely and inviting, and the location is perfect for all SoHa has to offer.

Perfect spot! Ideal rental!!

This spot in South Haven couldn’t be any better! The owner Amy is just amazing. The condo is SO clean and well kept. The location is key. Right in the heart of the South Haven city. 1/2 mile from the beach. 1/2 mile to the start of a beautiful bike trail. The pool is literally steps out the back door with a locked gate at top of steps to keep kiddos safe. This place had everything you could think of needing. For the beach there were chairs, a wagon, some beach toys. We had one minor thing (wouldn’t even call it an issue) and Amy went above and beyond to take care of us. She is so responsive and friendly. There is a covered parking spot and secure. We parked when we got there and only left twice. Once for groceries and once for a winery … otherwise it was an easy walk or bike to everywhere you could want to go! We had two young kids with us. There were a few breakable items but we just put them away when we got there and there wasn’t any issues! We can’t wait to go back and use this space! What a wonderful place to create wonderful memories!

Lovely setting to visit South Haven MI

The property was clean and comfortable, spacious and attractive. The only problem we had was casting the TV from my husband's i-Phone. After we worked out that problem with Amy (she was very patient with us), the rest of the visit was smooth sailing. We recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit South Haven and the surrounding area.

Beautiful area and property

Stayed here with friends for a 50th birthday. Such a charming town and beach!! The condo was beautiful and had extra touches that made us feel special and welcome. Communication was excellent and very helpful! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic trip

Everything about our trip was perfect. The location is great, close to everything. The kids loved the bunk beds and the heated pool. All of the neighbors were friendly and we received some good dinner recommendations. I can’t recommend this place enough, great accommodations!

Perfect South Haven condo!

Downtown condo is beautiful, clean, updated, fully furnished. The pool is directly outside of the unit - we felt like we had our own private pool! Shops, restaurants, lighthouse, north and south beach are all just a few minutes away, by walking or by car. Great communication with owner. Check in and check out was very smooth. Would highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful Condo

Fantastic property. Clean and nicely decorated. Appliances were newer and beds were comfortable. Property included all necessities and host provided lots of additional “touches” to make condo feel like home. Great location, a short walk to restaurants, shopping, ice cream, etc. and easy walk to South Beach. Located 2-3 blocks from bike rental shop and near 2 great biking trails. Condo neighbors were friendly and common areas, like pool, garage, courtyards, are well kept. Parking in garage is tight but manageable. It’s covered parking with elevators so loading/unloading is easy. I hope we can make it back to this property. Would highly recommend.
