This 25-square-meter apartment, nestled in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, is a true gem of refinement and elegance. Completely renovated with high-end materials, it perfectly embodies the blend of classic charm and modern comfort.



The Space:

As you walk through the front door, you are greeted by a space that is both warm and sophisticated, which serves as a living room and dining room. The floor, covered with a parquet in point of Hungary, testifies to an attention to detail and a taste for authenticity. The solid wood, carefully selected, brings a touch of nobility to this space.



A custom-made bench, elegantly integrated in the dining area, invites conviviality and sharing. Facing it, a comfortable sofa unfolds under a painting of the Mona Lisa, an artistic touch that gives the place a timeless and modern atmosphere.



The mouldings added with care in each room sublimate the volumes and recall the Haussmann style historically dominant in the majority of the buildings of standing of the city centre.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, kettle and toaster brand SMEG). You will have a Nespresso coffee machine, oven/ microwave, hob and kitchen equipment.



The apartment is located on the ground floor on street and courtyard, very convenient if you do not want to carry your suitcases.



The bedroom of this apartment, designed with particular care is separated from the living room by beautiful custom stained glass windows. The bed, generously sized (160 cm), is fitted with a mattress of exceptional quality, guaranteeing restful nights of sleep.



The master touch of this room lies in its subtle connection with the en suite bathroom, accessible by a stained glass canopy. This bathroom is a tribute to the elegance and mystery of the world of Mona Lisa, with its shower and sink covered in rare and refined pink marble.

You will find a washing machine dryer.



Sheets and towels are provided, there is also on site a fan design brand CREATE.
