Beautiful Las Olas beachfront condo. A surf lover's dream!

Due to covid restrictions MAX occupancy is currently 2 people-

--FULL CONDO REMODEL COMPLETED OCT 1, 2021--

Las Olas has 46-units and is located on the beautiful Costa Azul Beach, making it a surf and beach lover's dream. Just steps in front of the condo, is the famous surf spot, "The Rock" while a quick 2 minute walk will get you to "Zippers" and "Old Mans". Other activities to enjoy while visiting include, tennis, swimming/hot tub, and snorkeling. The beautiful grounds also have an area with beachfront lounge chairs/umbrellas.

NO SMOKING-smoking in the unit or on the balcony will result in a loss of your security deposit.

Granite counter top kitchen complete with new dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster.

Other things to note
Las Olas is located next to the highway running between San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. There can be road noise from trucks coming down the road, our curtains have "noise reduction" to help you get a good nights sleep. We also provide a sound machine for your use.

The condo was clean when we are arrived and Jon was a fantastic host and communicator the entire time. We were very happy with the location with restaurants nearby and close to downtown San Jose del Cabo. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Great location!

We enjoyed our time here. Close to restaurants-Pescadito grill is walking distance. Pool area and access to the beach is perfect. Will be back when we come to Cabo.

Great Condo Great Host

We’ve stayed at this property before but first time in this condo. The condo was very clean and modern with everything needed to feel right at home. The host was very communicative and fast to respond quickly to any questions from time of booking to end of stay.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It is just as picture! The bed was very comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning. Sunrises were the best! The pool, beach, hot tub and grounds were wonderful. We will definitely return!

Great place / great location / great host

This is a fabulous place to stay. I have stayed at other Las Olas condos in the past and the updates in this condo are better than many of the others that I have stayed. Check in / Check out are as smooth as you will find from a VRBO. Highly recommend.

Great location with outstanding water views!

Wonderful hosts. Accessible and accommodating Condo perfect for a couple. Nice clean unit. Comfortable pool with jacuzzi and beach loungers down by the sand. Right on the water. Loved the crashing waves and seeing the local surfers at sunrise and sunset. Thank you Jon and Jill

Surfer’s Delight

Such a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend. Anytime we had any questions, Jon responded promptly. The place is in a great location and there are nice little bars and restaurants walking distance. Got a couple scrapes when surfing and Jon had a whole first aid kit with all the essentials! Loved also being able to hang by the pool with an ocean view.

Excellent location to surf and chill

Awesome location! Unit was exactly as described. Jon was very responsive and super cool. He even let us check in early when we arrived. nice pool, nice beach access, quite, and 4 surf spots to choose from right in front of the property. We already plan on staying there from now on when we go to cabo. Thank you Jon

Wonderful view, comfortable accommodations, chill spot

We had a great three nights at this place. The apartment has the most wonderful view! The location is right in the water so the easiest places to walk for beverages or food are other places on the water, however there’s a road that goes under the main road (take a right coming out of the apartment) in order to get across the street for other options. The road noise is defiantly distracting in the bedroom but we were able to sleep well with earplugs & the noise machine they provide. Beautiful, mellow, lovely spot!

Epic Sunrises

We enjoyed our stay here. My BF surfs and it was so nice to be able to watch him from the balcony and/or walk to the beach in 2 minutes and sit and watch him from there. The sunrises are unreal too!! We had a mishap and the owner, Jon, and Ricky, the property mgr, were very communicative, resourceful and quick to find a resolution. The place is super clean and stores and restaurants are a quick, close drive. Driving into and leaving the property is a little sketch at first, but you get used to it and it's pretty easy in and out. Felt very safe and comfortable here. We'd stay again!

Stay at Los Olas Beachfront Condos

We had a delightful stay at the Los Olas beachfront condo! We arrived a few days early before attending a wedding and enjoyed a romantic and refreshing getaway. Although there was an initial hiccup with receiving our check-in information, the front gate security staff were incredibly helpful in providing us with our gate keys and codes. Kylie from Let's Do Mexico resolved the confusion and got us into the condo efficiently. The accommodations were lovely, with an amazing view, a comfortable bed, and a cozy couch. As a cook, I felt the kitchen could have been better stocked with quality items, but this might not be an issue for others. Additionally, we wished there was lounge furniture on the deck instead of just the small table and chairs. Despite these minor drawbacks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We are from the Pacific Northwest but our hearts belong in the sun, surf and sand. We discovered Las Olas a few years ago and instantly fell in love with the location...built directly on an amazing surf beach, close to shopping and wonderful restaurants.
When not working as a fireman (Jon) or traveling in search of sun, we spend time with our two children enjoying the outdoors. During the winter, we love to ski and snowboard.

We hope you love all that San Jose Del Cabo has to offer as much as we do!
