Delightfully renovated home! The Cozy Cow welcomes you into it's whimsical and warm living area with comfortable sofa to cheer your team on the 75" TV or watch your favorite movie! Comfort awaits you with a king size bed in each of the 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room with an extra full size bed! Perfect for a girl's weekend! The full kitchen is ready to whip up snacks or create your favorite meal, and don't miss the grill outback for the steaks! Kickback and relax in the private hot tub or sit around the fire pit and share a few stories with a glass of wine after your day on the town!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

We loved our stay!

Nice little place, plenty of room for a weekend get away. Living space is a little small, but well proportioned, even with 6 of us in and out of the house, it did not feel cramped. Great backyard, with privacy fence and parking in the back yard, we did not have to worry about parking on the street. Having access to a pool and hot tub was great, and they got a lot of use, especially spending the day enjoying the shops in Fredricksburg. Covered porch and plenty of outdoor seating and space for entertaining. We did not get the opportunity to make use of the fire pit, but will do so next time.

We're FIFTY! Girls Trip!

It was the perfect place for a quick trip to wine country! The home had everything we needed, they thought of everything. Its was four of us, so we each had our own room. All rooms were comfy and had plenty of space. The open kitchen/living room area was just perfect. Love the fact that there were so many separate areas to relax: pool, AWESOME hot tub, in and outside dinning, fire pit, and safe parking! In the middle of town, super close to shopping and restaurants. We can't wait to plan our next girls trip here!

This is my third time to stay at Cozy Cow House and I will continue to always book my girls trips to Fredericksburg here. The beds are comfortable, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Best part is the private parking, pool, and hot tub. Great memories are always made here!

Beyond Expectations

We had a getaway weekend and selected this home. It had everything we needed - I mean everything down to coffee waiting! It truly felt like a home away from home. Close to downtown, secured private off street parking, excellent arrangements for everyone to be comfortable. Will stay here again.

Cozy beautiful house

We loved staying at the Cozy Cow. The house was so cozy and comfortable. Very nice rooms and beds. Love the the pool and hot tub. Ample towels, great bedding, TVs everywhere we needed one. The house was very clean. Gated parking was appreciated. We will be back next year.

Great Home for a Girls' Weekend!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! The house had everything that we needed and was in a great location. The pool and hot tub were so nice to relax in after a day of winery tours. Check in and check out were seamless. Highly recommend!

Perfect family spring break at Cozy Cow

We loved our experience at Cozy Cow and will definitely be back! The house is charming, clean, and comfortable with fun amenities we enjoyed, like the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. It was the right amount of space - cozy (just like the name says!) which prompted lots of quality family time, but we never felt cramped or crowded. Location was EXCELLENT! Very convenient to all the fun restaurants, bars and shops on Main Street - we could be there in 3 minutes! But when you wanted to relax and have some quiet time away from crowds and activity, this felt removed from all of that. Wonderful space and we had a great time! Appreciate the care and effort made for guests to have a great stay - thank you!

We loved our stay!

Cozy Cow was just that..Cozy. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was decorated so cute. The pool was perfect after a day exploring. The patio was awesome & we even had a couple of fresh peaches off of the peach tree! The management service was an immediate help after a storm knocked out the gate & we couldn't get the car out! We will definitely come back!

Absolutely Charming

Perfect little escape, house was super clean and had all things we needed for a nice break from our normal routines. Pool and hot tub were great. Off street parking was nice and the attention to details was much appreciated to all the linens and toiletries they even had some bug spray to keep the mosquitoes away. Just book it already!!

Close to perfect

The property was great, looked better in person than in the listing. We especially enjoyed the pool and had a hard time getting our daughter to get out every evening. If i had any criticism, it would be that the mattress is quite a bit firmer than we are used to at home. Overall a great place for a reasonable price, we'll stay here again if we ever come back to Fredericksburg.

Start to finish, everything was top-notch!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful VRBO property and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. The property itself is beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for and more. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them with family and friends in the dining area. Not what expected!!

The place needs repairs and upgrading. Steps in front of house at road are broken and dangerous. Furniture in backyard broken. Freshening up of landscaping in backyard needed and deck/patio & outdoor furniture not very clean. Sofa in livingroom not comfortable and showerhead in master bath is on wrong wall of shower.

Wonderful time

We had a great time. The house is very cozy, clean, and the layout is great. Great location. Its very well equipped with everything you need for your getaway. Property manager very responsive and went above and beyond to help with a request, excellent customer service. The hot tub is amazing, and there is a great backyard space for kids. The only thing to improve is the cleanliness of the grill. We were not able to use it, and housekeeping did not come to clean it as they had told us. Overall a great experience, and will be looking forward to come back.

Girls trip at cozy cow haus

We really did Love it here. Four bedrooms two baths it was perfect for for girls. But the first night my room had termites, you could hear a crinkle paper in the wood, and none of our tv's worked The next morning we called into Mia And I was a little bummed out. I work in customer service now for 10 years. We called her to let her know that none of our TVs worked Our master bathroom sink was plugged And that I think I have termites in my room And she just said OK I'll let someone know I spoke with her three times that day and not once did we get a we apologize let me do something for you or just we apologize this is happening becases we shouldn't have to deal with this on vacation but nothing just ill let someone know So we were a little bit bummed out by that Then people came to fix our TVs and we got back that day. They still weren't fixed. And our front door was left unlocked. They came back that afternoon, fix the TVs But two days later the TVs didn't work again Overall, it was a good stay But we paid a lot of money for this vacation and felt like we had a little tedious issues constantly
