Delightfully renovated home! The Cozy Cow welcomes you into it's whimsical and warm living area with comfortable sofa to cheer your team on the 75" TV or watch your favorite movie! Comfort awaits you with a king size bed in each of the 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room with an extra full size bed! Perfect for a girl's weekend! The full kitchen is ready to whip up snacks or create your favorite meal, and don't miss the grill outback for the steaks! Kickback and relax in the private hot tub or sit around the fire pit and share a few stories with a glass of wine after your day on the town!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

So cozy

The word cozy is in the name for a reason! We absolutely loved this vacation home and everything was set up when we arrived. The pool was a perfect touch to this hot summer. We will definitely be back for future stays.

We had a wonderful time at the property! So much so that we veered from our itinerary and stayed at the rental most of the time. The pool and hot tub was a must! We enjoyed it very much. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. The home felt light and airy - both physically and spiritually. I highly recommend booking the rental! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing House!

My husband and I enjoyed 3 glorious days and nights at this wonderful house. It was perfect for us. We hit a winery each day and enjoyed the shops on Main and the pool upon on return each day. We will def be back! thank you so much!

The Cozy Cow Haus is an amazing property. It’s even nicer & bigger than it looks in the pics. It was perfect for the 4 of us. We each had our own bed. It was immaculate. Perfect location near Main Street. Quiet. Private. It’s an oasis in the middle of town. The outdoor amenities are wonderful. Perfect size pool. Great hot tub. And everything we needed was provided. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. We will not stay anywhere else in the future. This is it!!!!

Cow Heaven

This is my third time to stay at Cozy Cow House and I will continue to always book my girls trips to Fredericksburg here. The beds are comfortable, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Best part is the private parking, pool, and hot tub. Great memories are always made here!

Great Home for a Girls' Weekend!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! The house had everything that we needed and was in a great location. The pool and hot tub were so nice to relax in after a day of winery tours. Check in and check out were seamless. Highly recommend!

Cozy beautiful house

We loved staying at the Cozy Cow. The house was so cozy and comfortable. Very nice rooms and beds. Love the the pool and hot tub. Ample towels, great bedding, TVs everywhere we needed one. The house was very clean. Gated parking was appreciated. We will be back next year.

We loved our stay!

Nice little place, plenty of room for a weekend get away. Living space is a little small, but well proportioned, even with 6 of us in and out of the house, it did not feel cramped. Great backyard, with privacy fence and parking in the back yard, we did not have to worry about parking on the street. Having access to a pool and hot tub was great, and they got a lot of use, especially spending the day enjoying the shops in Fredricksburg. Covered porch and plenty of outdoor seating and space for entertaining. We did not get the opportunity to make use of the fire pit, but will do so next time.

Absolutely Charming

Perfect little escape, house was super clean and had all things we needed for a nice break from our normal routines. Pool and hot tub were great. Off street parking was nice and the attention to details was much appreciated to all the linens and toiletries they even had some bug spray to keep the mosquitoes away. Just book it already!!

We loved our stay!

Cozy Cow was just that..Cozy. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was decorated so cute. The pool was perfect after a day exploring. The patio was awesome & we even had a couple of fresh peaches off of the peach tree! The management service was an immediate help after a storm knocked out the gate & we couldn't get the car out! We will definitely come back!
