Location: 2 minutes on foot to Marktplatz park, 2 minutes by car to Main Street, 4 minutes to the National Museum of the Pacific War, 10 to 20 minutes to the best wineries along Wine Road 290, and 21 minutes to Enchanted Rock State Natural Area.


Other things to note:
Pool and Hot Tub: The hot tub is heated year-round. Pool heating is available on request during January, February, and March, but the water may not reach an ideal swimming temperature and can take a while to warm up.

Age Requirements: The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the stay.

Pet fee: Bringing a pet? Up to three are welcome, 45 lbs and under each, with a 100 dollars fee per pet added after booking is confirmed

No Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoke detectors are installed, and a 500 USD fee will be charged for any violation.

Decorations:If you're bringing decorations for a celebration, balloons, party favors, wrapping paper, just bag them up and place them in the designated bins before checkout, an extra cleaning fee applies if they're left behind.
