This beautiful 2 story home has a private master bedroom with king size bed and private ensuite. Large open floor plan with dining room, kitchen and living room. Spacious family room has a queen size sofa bed and a partially private separate room with queen size sofa bed and twin size bunk beds. Perfect space for kids! Upstairs features a twin size trundle bed, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and full bath. Patio offers a large in-ground pool, plenty of outdoor seating, ping pong table, hot tub and sauna.

4 CAR PARKING MAXIMUM

This is not a party house. Not suitable for events.
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Property is fully gated and private.
Ring cameras are located on front door, driveway and gate.
No additional guests allowed for day use, Only registered guests may use the pool and amenities.
Be sure to book for the correct amount of guests in your party - violators will be charged for the maximum occupancy of guests.
Quiet hours after 10 PM strictly enforced.
Violations of house rules are subject to non-refundable termination of reservation & penalties.
Guests required to sign a liability waiver for use of amenities.
We do not allow pets on the property.
The owner lives in on the property in a travel trailer behind the garage. There are no shared spaces but you might seem him drive in from time to time.
