This cozy, comfortable cottage is located on Wildfowl Bay with its own beach area. There are 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 twin and 1 sofa sleeper), a completely equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, large indoor porch/dining area, additional dining area, large shaded patio oasis with lounge sofa, dining table/chairs and grill, beach equipment, washer and dryer available, and cable TV, WiFi internet. all the comforts you will need to enjoy a vacation that will provide wonderful, lifetime memories for your family & friends. Play on the beach, bike, swim, run or just kick your feet up and enjoy the spectacular views. A short 8 miles to nearby village.

Great Place To Get Away & Relax

The outside patio was our favorite place to hang out with plenty of comfortable seating and tons of shade from the hot sun. We really loved the private beach as well as the sunroom where we enjoyed family meals and game nights. Thank you for a great vacation!

Memorial Day Weekend

We came to the thumb to spend time with my step-dad and extended family. The cabin is beautiful, and the outdoor area was prefect for entertaining my niece and nephew.

Great Cottage

I loved the look and feel of this cottage. All the wood details reminded me of my stays in Caseville from when I was young. I love the windows and the sun room. We came up to view the Fall colors , and would like to come up when it’s warmer to enjoy the lake out the backyard!

Comfy cottage

Very nice cottage on Lake Huron. Quiet area. The lake is shallow for a long stretch out which is nice for younger children, not as much water fun for my older children and teens.

Perfect cabin on the beach!

Wonderful cabin with all the right "up north" feels! The place was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the beach and outdoor areas were gorgeous! We had a blast during Cheeseburger Festival! The place had everything you could want as far as amenities. We have been vacationing in Caseville for 50+ years and this place was the nicest rental yet! Thank you to our fantastic hosts for sharing this gem!

Great cottage and nice location

The place is on a quiet street and a nice beach. The house is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning works well and so does the internet. The beds were comfortable. The house is walking distance from the north shore too. The house manager is very nice and helpful. I recommend the place.

Cottage was great! Everything was clean and organized. Outside area was very inviting. Neighbor had a loose dog at the water for extended periods which prevented us from spending time down there, but other than that it was very lovely!

Relaxing & Peaceful

The house is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you can imagine for your stay. The back patio, yard and the beach are beautiful and relaxing. Caseville is about 10 minutes away with unique dining and shopping. The corner gas station is like a miniature grocery store. The whole experience was wonderful and we plan on staying again!

Weekend away

Very happy with rental. Very clean and spacious. We wanted to preview the place for our planned family vacation with other family next summer. Very pleased with everything. Had some concerns about size from some of the photos but the pictures don't really do it justice. Overall very happy with our weekend getaway. Very close to town for any vernturing for shopping or eating.

A fantastic getaway, becoming a family spot

This is our second stay, thus time a week and even though we had some significant weather we managed to enjoy the bay once again, this time prepared with some inflatables and requisite beach gear. We are already trying to sort out what time for next year. Thank you again for a perfect experience all around. The owners and neighbors are everything you could ask for.

Lovely lake home

The house was neat as a pin when we arrived and well provisioned with towels and kitchen items. The backyard patio is gorgeous with mature trees and other landscaping. We really enjoyed spending time at the beach area and having a lakeside fire in the fire pit. The lake is not very deep so it seems pretty safe for children. For adults, I’d recommend an inflatable chair to float in the lake, it was wonderful. Overall, a great host and a great place to relax.

Long anniversary weekend getaway.

The house was very clean and cozy for the two of us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could have wanted. We would recommend it to others looking for a quiet getaway or small families looking for a great beach area. If we could make one suggestion it would be to have the patio and walkways power washed in the spring. The patio and waterfront are what attracted us to the property, but it could have used a little sprucing to make it absolutely perfect. For those who have difficulty with stairs, beware, there are steps to the house, the beach, and the laundry. We would book again if we are ever back in the area again. Our host, Susan, was very accommodating.

Labor Day weekend stay

Nice home on Saginaw Bay. We enjoyed the view and the home and would come back if returning to the area. Home was clean, had everything we needed for a few small meals and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Getaway

This was literally a perfect vacation for my kids and me…just what we needed. The cottage, the beach, the weather…it was all perfect. Can’t say enough good things about Caseville, in general, and the property was above and beyond what I anticipated. I have four young kids (10y/o and 7y/o triplets), and we all instantly fell in love with the place. Thank you for welcoming us into your cottage. We’d LOVE to come back next year! Thanks again!

A wonderful getaway, everything we expected.

The picture perfect cabin on the lake, perfect for entertaining a few friends/family at the private beach, dinner on the patio and then retire inside for a peaceful evening. Everyone e noted walking whta seemed like forever into the waist high waters of the bay. We couldn't ask for anything more, we checked in and out on our own and had no unnecessary contact with the owner or anyone else so it felt like just going up to our own place. Absolutely perfect all around, will be scheduling twice the time next year. Everything must have pros and cons so I would say it could use a better can opener, and maybe a rake for the the beach :) Other than that I wouldn't change a thing!

Very comfortable

Very comfortable house. It was just right for us. House is well cared for. Great view. Patio has a couch and large table. It gets a nice breeze. It’s a nice big patio with shade trees. The whole place was great. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for the nice week. We had 3 teens, a Mother, a Grandma, and 2 Aunts. Enjoyed walking along the beach collecting Petosky stones and other rocks.
