Great stay on west end!

Charming cottage to unwind in west end just a block off Bradford St. walkable to downtown. Liz’s Cafe is just a block away to get the day started. Hosts thought of everything and made sure we enjoyed our stay. New bathroom is amazing.

Delightful and historical Ptown cottage

What a wonderful two weeks I had at the Westville Cottage. After looking at many, many properties on various websites, this was by far the best for my needs. Top considerations were location, outdoor shower, AC, washer/dryer, good kitchen and comfortable bed. WC delivered on all of those and more. It was so fantastic to also have bikes available on the property. Staying in this part of the west end of Ptown was new for me (we usually stay in Truro), and I could not have been happier. The location was quiet, yet close to Commercial St. It's also a beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The hosts, Dominic and Paul, were extremely helpful, especially when there was a needed repair on the second day I was there. They both are caring and considerate and my text messages were answered quickly. Loved the outdoor space as well and the very comfortable bed. I will definitely stay here again.

Adorable and immaculate cottage, perfect for a relaxing getaway

My wife and I (and our two dogs) just returned from a week-long stay at Westville Cottage. We loved our stay so much. The owners are wonderful hosts! The cottage was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect -- walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Commercial and Bradford, but quiet and away from the crowds. We absolutely loved the private fenced in yard/patio and spent much of our time out there enjoying the fountain, beautiful plants and flowers, outside shower, and bird watching. Our two dogs felt at home and were relaxed right away. The decor inside the house is perfectly Ptown. We loved everything and highly recommend the cottage. Thanks so much!

Cozy Neighborhood Oasis

My husband, dog and I were looking for a quiet getaway and Westville Cottage was just what we needed. The property is nestled in a very quaint neighborhood removed from the bustle of Commercial Street but within close walking distance. The cottage was very comfortable and nicely appointed for both human and canine! The garden was lush and perfect for outdoor lounging. Dominic was the perfect host and very accommodating, giving us pointers and answering all of our questions. We highly recommend Westville Cottage and hope to be back again soon.

Lovely cottage retreat!

Everything about this place was wonderful and they had very well appointed amenities. It’s just the perfect small cottage for a week in Ptown and the fact that his dog friendly easily made it a great experience!

A wonderful experience. Dominic and Paul were lovely hosts. Great amenities, including toiletries, parking spot and bike. Ideal for me and a dog. Super clean and well appointed. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Westville Cottage

Great place to stay in Provincetown. Located in a great neighborhood close to all the offerings of Commercial street. The place itself was very clean and cozy. The host was very accommodating. Couldn’t ask for any better. Would definitely rent here again

Great time!

We had a great experience renting this cottage, from the initial reservation to our stay and check-out. The cottage is lovely with great amenities and very pet friendly. The location is wonderful and it’s a quiet street. The owners have great welcomes for you and your pet with great hospitality. It was great to meet Dominic at check-in and check-out. We would stay here again!

Wonderful home!

Enjoyed a perfect week at this cottage. Incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hosts were gracious, and made sure we all felt at home, including our dog. We will definitely be booking with them next summer!

A great place to stay in Provincetown!

A lovely 1-bedroom condo with a beautiful private garden in a quiet neighborhood. It is only a 3 block walk to all the restaurants and shopping on Commercial street. The owners were a pleasure to deal with.

Quiet area at 5 minutes walk from Commercial street!!

Thanks to Dominic and Paul for their welcoming!! This one bedroom apartment is perfect and well furnished. Barbecue, bikes, smart TV and more available . I definitely recommend this place. It’s really well located, near the grocery store and to Commercial street.

Perfect Vacation!

My husband and I (along with our dog) spent two weeks in Provincetown, MA during July of this year. Dominic and Paul's home was nicely appointed, fully equipped and the layout provides for an ideal amount of comfort. We enjoyed being in such a quiet location, that was only a few blocks from the center of town. This was the first time that we had driven to Provincetown so we were very happy that there was safe, off-street parking. The home is a quick drive away from the beach as well (5min). This was the first time that we had travelled with our dog, so we were a little nervous but Dominic and Paul were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The fenced in courtyard allowed Ralphie to safely sit in the sun, and they made a real effort to provide special pet focused features that made his stay even more comfortable. We can't wait to return to Provincetown and will undoubtedly stay at this location again! Thanks again for a great trip! Sean, Phil and Ralphie P.S. Immaculate and great West End location. Feels more like a home than a rental property.

Have been staying at Westville Cottage for several years and the property gets better every time. A block from the gym and two from Commercial Street. Extremely responsive hosts and a property manager within the block. Very pet-friendly. Everything you need for a great vacation including a well-stocked kitchen, two bikes, beach chairs, and gas grill.

Home Away From Home

This quiet, well kept apartment is the perfect home away from home. You feel like you are in a residential neighborhood yet you are a short few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street. Complete with washer and dryer, dishwasher and private outside area, WiFi TV and within walking distance to the town’s supermarket. Dominic and Paul put a lot of love into this place and it shows. We have returned year after year.
