Look no further—you’ve found the perfect luxury lake house--Dock Daze! This beautiful & spacious lakefront home is located on the Southeast side of Lake Gaston, less than 10 minutes from the town of Littleton--grocery, gas, restaurants. We offer a  3-night minimum stay to allow optimal flexibility for your schedule (with the exception of holidays).  The upscale waterfront neighborhood is private & peaceful for long leisurely walks. A long country driveway will lead you to the pristine, well-manicured home and sets the tone for your eagerly anticipated lake getaway.  The front yard (road side) is HUGE and perfect for frisbees, yard games for large numbers of people or group/team play!

Upon entering Dock Daze, you are welcomed by an open floor plan, featuring cathedral ceilings and a magnificent wall of windows that showcase beautiful lake vistas and surrounding nature. The fabulous kitchen will instantly grab your attention!  A chef's dream--preparing the perfect meal while taking in whimsical water views and surrounding nature! Stocked with almost everything you need to feed a small army, the kitchen is accented by maple cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances & an incredible island bar!  A great gathering place for the entire crowd to eat, drink and be merry--Bon Appetit! Ample seating for both indoor and outdoor dining. Access the oversized deck just off the kitchen-dining-living area with comfort and relaxtion in mind--a wonderful place for your morning coffee or sunset cocktail. A gas grill is conveniently provided on the deck for your backyard barbecue fun!  

Rainy days=Fun days! The walk-out basement is the ultimate hang-out place; fully outfitted with everything you need for entertainment!  You'll find ping-pong, foosball, a card table, TV lounge, board games and even a popcorn machine for movie night!

The lush, FLAT backyard is the perfect playground for yard games like corn hole, badminton, soccer, etc.  A short and easy walk takes you to the covered boathouse and dock area. We're located on a HUGE protected waterfront cove with great water depth that will accommodate a boat of any size! The boathouse features trex decking, a covered lounge area and storage room w/ bar serving window. A mini-fridge, table & chairs make it convenient to enjoy countless hours of fun in the sun fishing, swimming, floating, kayaking or boating.  Limited chairs and kayaks are provided for your enjoyment!

At the end of the day, gather around the fire pit for endless conversations, laughs and....marshmallows!

Bringing or renting a boat? Cleats are provided to tie off your own boat, jet ski or a rental (The boat slip is for owner use only). You will need to bring your own bumpers and lines to secure your watercraft. We ask that you bring enough life jackets to enjoy the fun and ensure proper sizing for your particular crew.

Main Level: Entrance opens to family room/kitchen. 3 bedrooms: the lakeside master suite has bathroom with granite counter & walk-in stone shower. Two more bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room, attached double garage off the kitchen & upper expansive trex deck off the family room.

Lower Level: Fabulous (and BIG) rec room, 4th bedroom and undesignated  (5th room) all with water views!  Full bathroom; Double doors lead to a concrete patio with easy walk out to a gently sloping yard and fire pit area.

To get you started...
The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use.  Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

The kitchens are stocked with one roll of paper towels, one trash bag for the kitchen trashcan, trial-size dish soap, two dishwasher pods and 1 sponge.  You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

A few more tid-bits...  :)
1.  Trained service animals are welcome!  Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy.  We can help arrange lodging for your pets (as long as they are up to date on shot records which must be provided) at a local boarding facility during your stay, if you'd like; just give us a call...way in advance as they fill up fast!

2.  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

3.  Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!).

4.  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving!
