We enjoyed our stay. The location allowed for an easy walk to downtown St Augustine to enjoy the city. Plenty of places to eat and explore nearby without the worry and frustration of parking. The unit was well equipped for our stay with everything we needed. It has a bit of a musty odor so if you're sensitive to that, bring a candle to minimize the smell.

Ideal location

Nice, clean property. Very close to downtown to walk anywhere you want to go, while being tucked out of the way where you avoid noise/traffic.The front and back porches are nice touches to give even more space and enjoy Florida nights. Would recommend especially for 2 adults!

Beautiful home

This small home is perfect for a couple or single. I appreciated the absolute cleanliness and tasteful decor of the space. I give special recognition to the details of bathrobes, makeup towels and other bath amenities similar to hotel styling. Bedroom was a lovely sanctuary and loved the cotton beddings. Also appreciated the teas and other small items in the kitchen.Communication was A always. As it was cold, we didn’t get to enjoy the decks. Beautiful birds around in the early mornings.One last observation (not related to the rental property) - hopefully the old building to the side will be revived since it’s a view from the back deck. Will def rent again.

Fantastic location very close to all the major historic district sites! Very clean property and every amenity you could think of for your home away from home was there! The property owners responded quickly with any questions during the trip planning process. The photos and descriptions were exactly as published. Would certainly stay there again!

Perfect Accommodations for Couples

This was a great property that my wife and I stayed for a long weekend! Accommodations were perfect for the 2 of us and the description of the property matched what we experienced. An easy walk to the downtown St. Augustine area as well as some of the closer must-do's in Lincolnville (Ice Plant, St. Augustine Fish Camp, Dog Rose Brewery, Blue Hen). The amenities were great; 2 decks/patios for morning coffee, Keurig, washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker and much more were very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and will look to book this property next time we travel to St. Augustine!
