Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities. Enjoy our special rate of $100 USD per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (80 USD will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). No reservation needed, we recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. *This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.*

The Neighborhood:
Cabo San Lucas is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Mexico. Known for its beautiful beaches, dessert and beautiful scenery this city has something to offer travelers from all walks of life! Cabo San Lucas Marina hosts some amazing restaurants and beach clubs which draw people from near and far. For those looking a more lively scene there are also plenty bars or nightclubs on "The Strip" where you can enjoy live music until sunrise with your friends while sipping cocktails as the sun sets over Medano Beach just 5 min walking from the condo!

Getting Around:
You are in the main spot of Cabo San Lucas. You are in the Marina; Medano Beach is walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away.
Taxis and Uber available just outside the mall.
Right outside the Puerto Paraiso mall also is the bus stop for the route to San José del Cabo, in case you want to adventure with local transportation, you will be in San José's Historic District in less than 40 min.
In case you have private transportation arranged they will be able to drop you off at the Puerto Paraiso Mall parking lot, where you will take the elevators directly to the Residences.

Other Things to Note:
Please be advised that the Mall, located below The Paraiso Residences, is currently undergoing some renovation work. Because of this, you may hear construction noise during your stay, especially between May and June. While we hope it won’t affect your experience too much, there could be occasional noise at different hours.

Please note: Due to maintenance improvements in the mall area below the unit, repair work is currently being carried out at night. This may cause some noise between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM.


For the time being, the rooftop jacuzzi is not operational. Because of this, we are offering a special rate, already reflected in the price.

This property is for sale, if you are interested and would like to have more information about this " running business" please contact us. Please be advise that we may contact you during your stay to ask your permission to provide access to a potential buyer, you may deny permission. In case the property is sold before your stay, we will offer an equivalent property in the same building with the same amenities and value.

LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, this MIGHT result in noisy nights (music), specially in the bedroom that faces the Marina & downtown.

We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property, If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security.

Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave, lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
