The perfect place to stay

Beautiful penthouse condo with amazing views in a safe, clean and secure neighborhood. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We ended up staying 2 extra nights because we didn’t want to leave!

Amazing View & Home!

We stayed in this home, last minute a few days before Christmas, as another home fell through. The Manger was very responsive, kind and 100% helpful! This home has the most amazing view. Our favorite part was sitting on the patio, with the fire going talking about the day. The property is very safe. Loved having a gate guard. Home was very clean and well taken care of.

The views from our condo were spectacular. The Condo was spacious and clean. The pool was excellent. The property team were great to deal with, and kept the grounds in excellent condition. The walk to/from Cabo was about 20 minutes. It's fairly steep, so a note of caution for those with mobility issues, although Ubers were readily available.

Incredible Views of downtown and the Sea of Cortez

I loved the privacy and space of this wonderful condo. The opportunity to walk steps to the pool was incredible. The views of the pool and city lights at night where amazing. I loved the idea of just sitting in the patio area with the fireplace on and watching the city. I’m definitely coming back to this beautiful home. The only drawback was the construction next door, which was annoying at times, but was done by 5:30 pm. Our concierge was extremely helpful with everything we needed to make this stay remarkable. Again, a beautiful condo that I’ll return to.

Great condo!!

Just got back to the States and we already are missing Cabo! The pictures don't do this property justice. From the time we made the reservation and communicated with Jared, through the service we received from our host, Ilana - everything was done to make our trip perfect. Transportation was arranged with our driver, David who was excellent and always accommodating. Shopping for groceries, making restaurant reservations and handling all the details were done flawlessly. Views of the ocean and city lights at night were amazing. While the condo is close to downtown and the marina and is walkable, you need to be in great shape if you plan on walking as the condo sits high up on the mountain and is quite a hike, although it's only a short (and cheap) cab ride. The pool and spa are right in front of the unit which was great. The only caution we could offer is the construction of the last building right next door. Every morning and until sunset, the construction was happening, and it was not quiet. Might have been good to know about it ahead of time. In any case, the trip was great, the condo was wonderful and the service was impeccable. We would definitely return.

Boys Weekend Away

The location and place are great. All ameneties were perfect and location to the pool was convenient. The walk to town is refreshing and the entire complex is well kept with friendly staff. Iliana, who manages the property was fantastic. I would recommend for groups of up to 6 or small families. We'll definitely be back for a stay. Cheers, Murr

Awesome Property w/ Spectacular Views!

Perfect property for a family vacation (family of 5). Close enough to walk to town if you don't mind the walk back up the hill and the views are amazing. Property was clean and exactly as pictured in the photos and the service from our guest contact was incredible. Walked over the hill to the Pedregal beach several times -- it was beautiful and we practically had it to our selves. We will be back!

Bachelor getting married

I thought the overall stay was great. We are a group of men looking for some time away from home for the weekend to congratulate a friend getting married. Our stay was private and everyone minded their own and kind. The view is amazing. At night there are fireworks by the ocean around 9:30pm. The pool is very refreshing. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful

We were impressed by the space, beauty, cleanliness, and responsiveness. First, the view from the condo is picturesque, we spent quite a bit of time by the fire pit and enjoying the pool/jacuzzi. The rooms were spacious, had everything that we needed and more. With kids, it was nice to have tv’s with US programming, allowed for us to relax by the view. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, aside from perhaps a cooking sheet which we were unable to locate. We made most of our meals at the condo, after finding a great market within walking distance(ish). As others have mentioned, walking into town is totally doable. We made the trip back (uphill) a couple of times, and Ubered the rest. The Pedregal area feels very safe and noise was never an issue. Very nice outdoor grill which I wish we had taken advantage of. Will definitely be back and would stay here if at all possible.

Well appointment spacious condo is in a lovely gated community. Convenient to everything in Cabo even walkable to most places. Management company with concierge services made for an easy and completely stress free vacation. Clean and safe.

Gorgeous view, beautiful condo.

Lovely condo that has everything you need. The location is great and easily walkable to most of downtown and Marina areas. The management team makes the entire process so much easier, especially for international travelers. One thing to note is the unit is right on the pool- great for those who want the best access but we did have some late night noise.

Thanksgiving break trip!

We recently traveled to Cabo as a family and stayed in this condo over Thanksgiving and would definitely return in a heartbeat. There were three bedrooms so each of us had our own space. Having an available washer and dryer was a game changer for us as we washed our clothes throughout the week. The walk out access the the pool was amazing! The condo was quite and felt like we had it all to ourselves. Carlos was our concierge and he was extremely attentive to our needs and helped us with reservations and bookings. We even had him pre-stock our fridge before we even arrived which was super convenient. He set us up with transportation to and from he airport as well as to restaurants and the beach. This condo is within walking distance of most everything but the walk back is uphill the entire way. I would catch a ride back but walking is definitely doable. I would not hesitate booking this condo at all! You will not be disappointed in any way!

Cabo holiday

Pedragal is a great location to vacation in Cabo. It's private, quiet and very safe. Easy walk to downtown/marina. Only downside at LAs Cascadas is that the pool is shaded after 3pm, so no late rays by the pool...

First of all Cabo is just a beautiful and peaceful place for relaxation and adventure, if that is your want. The accommodations were outstanding, from the moment we arrived until we departed, Carlos and his team took great pride and care to ensure we felt welcomed and received all of our wants. Carlos setup reservations for excursions to excellent restaurant suggestions. He also setup and even provide transportation when needed. I can say we had a truly amazing time in Cabo with a great part of that due to the attentiveness of Carlos. Additionally, the people we meet in the condo were amazing and very friendly and we enjoyed conversing with residence as well as other vacationers in this secluded and secure location.

Beautiful Villa

The Villa is incredibly clean, spacious & beautifully decorated. It's at the base of Pedregal with incredible views of downtown Cabo and the Sea of Cortez. Five minute taxi ride to downtown Cabo and the marina. I was very pleased with my recent stay. I have stayed at resorts over the past 15 years but I now prefer the privacy and space of what a Villa offers. Five stars!
