Sleeps up to 4 adults comfortably and completely updated with modern decor and equipped with a private balcony, a fully stocked kitchen, electric fireplace, WiFi, Alexa, full size washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and board games for a fun night in.

Several public beach access gates are nearby on Gulf Shore Drive; the closest public beach access is 1.5 miles away.

Other nearby attractions include Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park (1 mile), The Track (2 miles), Harborwalk Village ( 2.6 miles), Henderson Beach State Park (7.5 miles), Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park (7.7 miles)

*An exterior flight of stairs is required to access this condo, which may not be suitable for all guests.

Parking Notes: Guests are allotted (2) parking spaces. Parking passes will be provided and must be kept in vehicles at all times during stay to avoid being towed.

*Please note that boat and trailer parking is strictly prohibited on-site. Failure to observe this ordinance will result in a guest fine of $100. Vessels are not allowed to moor at the dock unless a registration form and insurance documents are provided prior to arrival.

Boat Slip & Dock Details:
Maximum boat length is 26 feet. Boat registration and insurance required for boats or waverunners. Insurance limits of $100,000 Property and $500,000 Environmental/Fuel Spillage minimal coverage.

Vessel registration form must be completed by Guests in its entirety, signed, and returned to our dock-master or substituting board member 24 hours before arrival. Boat trailer parking is not available in Destin Sands, so if you choose to bring a boat, arrangements will need to be made for storing the boat trailer. Regional Self Storage, D&J Dry Storage, and Legendary Marine are just a few options to consider.

Bookings canceled at least (14) days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
