NEW Flagstaff single-story home with a beautiful backyard and Hot Tub!

Beautifully built single-story home right off Route 66 in Flagstaff (built in 2022). Amazing indoor/outdoor space with hot tub, shuffleboard table, putting green, seating area, and fire pit. Great for a family getaway! This is the ideal location for exploring the many sites of Northern Arizona - minutes to Downtown Flagstaff, Snowbowl Ski Resort, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. The house is loaded with amenities and fun for the whole family!

Please note that parties are not allowed.
Hot tub was recently installed and guests must agree to waiver for use of hot tub or reservation can be canceled by host.

There is room for one car in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Overnight street parking is NOT allowed in the community.

Note: Property contains external security cameras in the front of the house, and one in the backyard. The camera in the backyard is pointed AWAY from the hot tub to give guests privacy.

What a beautiful house! We had a very comfortable stay for the four of us. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The back patio was very relaxing to sit and drink our morning coffee. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It reminded me of being in Lake Tahoe, CA with tall pine trees and the crisp morning air. Restaurants and shopping are only 10 minutes away. We used Flagstaff as a home base for the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and the Petrified Forest National Park. We would definitely stay here again.

We were so pleased with our visit!Our family had a snowboarding trip. The house was easily accessible to all of the stores and restaurants not a long drive to the slopes.We felt well taken care of and enjoyed the amenities. We had an absolutely perfect stay! This home was ideal for our family trip with our adult kids. The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home.The amenities were fantastic. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, and the putting green and shuffleboard gave everyone something fun to do. It was such a great space for spending quality time together.The thoughtful details really stood out. Each room had a selection of pillows with different firmness levels, which was such a nice touch. The black makeup washcloths were also greatly appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked with seasonings and those little essentials you sometimes forget, making everything so convenient.The only minor issue we encountered was the TVs occasionally having trouble connecting to WiFi, but it didn’t impact our stay since we didn’t really use them.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home for families or groups!

Quite comfortable and great stay

We really enjoyed our time at the home. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a nice weekend with family skiing at Snowbowl. We'll come back in the future if the place is available.

Awesome Rental!

Stayed for 3 nights with my boyfriend while checking out all of the scenic sites in Northern AZ. The only complaint we had was that we wished we had more time to enjoy this beautiful property! Very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable!

Beautiful and great for families

This place was amazing!! Very well equipped and so much fun for our family. We had 3 generations staying and everything was comfortable and accessible. We were very impressed and would love to stay again on our next trip to Flagstaff!

The neighborhood is nestled amongst the pine trees where hiking, biking, and cross country ski trails are easily accessed. The house is in a Dark Sky neighborhood, which means light pollution is greatly minimized allowing for amazing night sky viewing. The house is elegantly decorated with comfort, fun, and enjoyment in mind. Your family and friends will love all this house has to offer.
