Esta casa recientemente tuvo algunas mejoras hechas a la casa. Las increíbles vistas impresionantes y la gran terraza en la azotea encima de la unidad le garantizarán unas excelentes vacaciones en la playa. Esta casa es una casa de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños que tiene una cocina de buen tama��o con gabinetes nuevos y pisos de madera nuevos. ��Desde la puerta de atrás la arena estará debajo de sus pies en aproximadamente 5 pasos! Después de un largo d��a en la playa, ven a casa y toma una ducha en la gran y lujosa ducha nueva. No se puede superar la ubicación de caminar justo afuera de la puerta trasera para poder poner los dedos de los pies en la arena. ¡Disfrutar!

Great vacation

This house suited the needs of our family of four very well. There is no private parking space but we always found a place right out the backdoor to park. Our stay was only a couple of months after the big storms that battered the coastline here so the beach wasn't quite as pristine as usual. The big bummer was that we did not have beach access from the patio due to ordinances from the local authorities. The concern being that the rock wall is unstable. It looked far from unstable to us. This wasn't the property manager's fault. However, it did impinge on the vacation experience not to be able to walk out to the beach as we had planned. The management company in general was a dream to work with and was incredibly helpful and responsive, really great. Unfortunately, the house next door was under construction for a lot of the week, which made being on the patio not very peaceful. The views are incredible, the kitchen well appointed and the location was good for us. Overall a very nice stay.

Great beach house vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my third time renting this house and it was once again great. Place was clean, with lots of towels supplied, outdoor area was perfect with a nice BBQ and fire pit. A few people who came for the day asked about maybe renting it. Highly recommend to anyone who likes to wake up right on the beach. During my stay this time, we saw whales, dolphins, and seals.

The location was perfect for our needs. Kids and adults both enjoyed being right on the beach. Check in was easy. The kitchen had what we needed. One of the bedrooms can only be accessed through the other bedrooms, but we made it work.

We discovered the propane tanks to the gas bbq were near empty but a quick message to property management delivered a full one in timely manner. The twins bedroom is sandwiched between the other two bedrooms which was odd but would work for a family. All said we had a nice time.

The place is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The back bedroom is a little noisy from walkers passing by. Otherwise, highly recommend :)

Sun and Fun on The Island.

Beach Drive paradise

Although this place was on the beach, it was the main walkway for people, so a lot of foot traffic. Bedroom situation was not ideal as all bedrooms were connected and center room had to walk through one of the other bedrooms to exit or use bathroom. Bedding was not clean. Blood on one of the pillows.

Good times with friends

We (3 old college women friends) had a great time. Access, communication, cleanliness, kitchen (small but chock full of everything), etc. all were good. Gave 3 stars for description and 4 overall instead of 5 due to lack of description for bedroom layout. The middle of the 3 bedrooms can only be accessed by going through one of the other bedrooms. Being long time friends this was fine for us but maybe not so great for 3 couples. Description should explain that whom ever is in the middle bedroom has to go through one of the other bedrooms to get in and out of the bedroom including to go to the bathroom (in the middle of the night).

Fun at the Beach

The outdoor shower returned GREAT!! Plus fans were helpful as it was quite warm this year! I recommend 272 for a small family cozy,clean,uptodate. We’ll be back next year. Always visit Pixie, went to The Mystery Spot, and The Santa Cruz Boardwalk! Would love if we didn’t have to share the walkway with bicycles can’t allow my granddaughters to play on the walk with the discourteous riders whisking bye. Not under your control just takes away from the beauty and peacefulness. See you next year.
