This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home sleeps 6 offering a King, Queen, and 2 twin beds. The master and secondary bedrooms offer large screen TV's and the main living area has a large screen 65 in TV for your viewing pleasure. If you're one that enjoys the outdoors, come enjoy the tropical paradise outside on the lanai that offers a hot tub and total privacy from the neighbors. Enjoy the outdoor furniture and sit back and relax with a drink or a nice meal. If you're into grilling, no worries, we've got all the grilling essentials. Excellent experience. Will stay again when in Sarasota

Upon entering the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness. The home was spotless. Furthermore everything was exactly as shown on the picture. the second and third BRs were large and comfortable with ample space and furnishings. The kitchen amenities were newer and all worked. The AC was cool and charging stations were available in the BR we used. Ample plugs for charging all our needs. Didn't use the TV much so no comment there. The only complaint was the hot tub didn't get over 100 degrees, but that appeared to be the system uses a heat pump versus electric. Still felt better than nothing. Outdoor space was great with an enclosed lanai and a perfect sized table for cards or games.

Great place to stay close to beach and amenities

Over the Rainbow was perfect for our two families of three. There was plenty of space and it had all the modern conveniences one would expect. We really enjoyed the proximity to the Siesta Key beach and hanging out on the back patio playing cards in the evenings.

Well Situated!

Great location with easy access to anything you want, yet very quiet neighborhood. The house was comfortable & the lanai was the best place to be - sunny, birds calling, relaxing. The owner was very responsive. Recommended!!

Great location for exploring Sarasota

Michael’s property was clean, well-stocked, and conveniently located for getting around Sarasota easily. The beds were comfortable, there were chairs and good quality towels for the beach, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking at home, and the hot tub was fantastic! We’d happily stay again!

A tastefully modernized home in a convenient location

After a real bad experience with the maintenance of the property and the behavior of the owner's representative last time we used VRBO, this experience was a most welcome change that helped restore our confidence in VRBO. Over the Rainbow is a very well appointed and tastefully modernized older home on the south side of Sarasota, with a dog friendly back yard, a delightful screened in patio and convenient access to just about anything you would need for a home away from home. What was however particularly refreshing was the responsiveness and immediacy of the owner, Michael Hart, to a couple of small issues that without his response could have marred our stay (including by pointing out where the spare gas cylinder for the Bar b q was stored!). We most strongly recommend this property for a family visit to this nice part of the world especially if you are accompanied by four legged family members.

Beautiful property. Easily the nicest most accommodating v/r/b/o or air/b/n/b I’ve stayed in. Everything you could possibly need for a nice beach weekend was provided. Mike is a great host who goes above and beyond to provide guests with a memorable experience and stay.

Exactly as Described and Pictured

We stayed in this house for a week recently and it was exactly as described and pictured. The house is extremely clean and well outfitted with everything you need to enjoy not only the house but the surrounding areas. The house is conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. The host Mike was awesome to work with and always responded to any and all inquiries extremely quickly. You can't ask for a better VRBO Host.

Long weekend stay

The owner was very easy to get ahold of when we had questions and the house had everything we needed while on vacation such as washer/dryer supplies and kitchen amenities. It saved us a lot of extra packing!

The property is well maintained and comfortable for us. We spent a lot of time on lanai out back. The location is perfect and short driving distance to the beach, downtown and shopping restaurants. I would stay there again.

Family member 's Beach wedding

Just perfect for us. Enjoyed the hot tub and table and chairs out back. Had everything we needed and was close enough to the beach for the wedding. Had a great time! Would definitely come back again! Didn't have to contact the owner because we didn't have any issues.

Perfect

The house was perfect for our family with three little ones! It has plenty of space, was really clean and had a great back patio. It was the perfect place for us to stay for our vacation. Host was super nice and very responsive with questions. Would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Retreat

This property is awesome! It is clean, comfortable and quiet. Beds are also very comfortable. It is close to everything and has much of what you may need available. Proximity to Siesta Beach is perfect. Check-in and out was simple and convenient. Highly recommended.
