Four bedroom dream get away vacation home at Osborn island. Enjoy quiet waterfront home and listen to birds wake you up in the morning, and great sunset at great lake. there are four patios and decks to the water. Great place to enjoy peaceful time. From the patios and decks, you do not need to get out of the house to enjoy the lake and ocean view. Great scenery and fishing. Newly renovated front yard, new docks on the lagoon water, and new garage doors.

Boating vacation

We had a great week at this home! The owner was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed boating, fishing kayaking and floating in the lagoon. The neighbors are very friendly. We took some of our own kitchen supplies like a frying pan, baking sheet, keurig coffee maker and dish towels. There is a charcoal grill available but we did our cooking on the gas stove in the kitchen. There is also a large new microwave. There are 2 full and one half baths which is awesome! There was plenty of toilet paper but we brought our own tissues, hand soap and hand towels. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and we had a great time hanging out on the deck. There are only 4 chairs at the dining room table. A few more would be nice and could definitely fit. We had a great time and love being by the water! We’ll definitely be back!!

What we loved

Overall, this is a great location - exactly as shown on the waterway. The house was clean and had more than enough space for our family of 6. Comfortable beds, living space, dining area and kitchen. Mr. Wang is kind and responsive. Great place if you are a quiet group and don't plan to do too much on the dock or patio. As the ad says it is a very quiet neighborhood. Easy enough with a small beach just a brief drive down the road. We hope the property gets a little TLC to make it as beautiful and updated as possible. beauty rresponsive

Summer Vacation!

The house was perfect for our family. The house was neat and clean. The deck is perfect for our fishing boat and there was plenty of room for our truck and trailer. We also brought tubes to float in the lagoon. There’s a small beach at the end of Radio Road. Just for the next renters information, the grill is charcoal, not gas. There were two smaller frying pans there but we brought our own as well. And we had to pick up dish soap and hand soap. There was plenty of bath towels, paper towels and toilet paper. We had a great time and hope to come back next year!

large property in quiet neighborhood near LBI

The house is as shown on the site; it is right on a channel; two of the bedrooms face the water.We had seven adults;it was very comfortable even with that many people. There is a half bath upstairs which is convenient in the evenings when everyone was gathered. It's a short drive to LBI; the owner provided an umbrella and two beach chairs that came in very handy. Since there were seven of us, we also brought another umbrella and chairs so that everyone was comfy at the beach. As the owner states, it is a VERY quiet neighborhood. We saw few people.The expectation as is stated in advance is that noise levels outside will be minimal. We don't have a boat but if you do, this would be ideal with a dock right in front of the house.The only thing we were a bit disappointed in was the cleanliness of the house- my adult son and fiancé arrived first and felt the floors, some surfaces and windows were not clean and spent about two- three hours cleaning before the rest of us arrived. With a $300 cleaning fee, my expectation was that it would be very clean upon arrival.The owner responded that a professional cleaning crew had cleaned three days before our arrival and he had inspected afterwards. So perhaps just a difference in expectations.In any case, after a rocky start with some cleaning chores, the rest of our trip was very enjoyable. It is a very large house with plenty of room for a large group, a waterway and dock/deck right out front,an functional kitchen, bathrooms,linens/towels

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay very much! Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus!! The owner allowed us to bring our 27ft fishing boat and it fit perfectly at his dock! We put the boat in at the marina that is right in Osborn Island.
