About Seaglass

Inside and out, this brand new (2021) luxury home is sure to WOW guests.  The main floor offers a spacious deck with both a shaded area and space to soak up the sun. Enjoy the sparkling private pool built right into the deck! This beautiful pool can also be heated during the cooler months.

Inside, the main floor offers an incredible, oversized living space with views from every seat. With multiple seating and dining areas, this space will comfortably accommodate large groups or multiple families. Enjoy a family style meal at one of the 2 dining tables.  The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features stone countertops, double ovens, dishwashers, and a pantry with plentiful space. The laundry room with washer, dryer, extra full-sized refrigerator, and ice maker is located off the kitchen. The kitchen, dining, and living areas encompass one wide open space with unbeatable views from the wall-to-wall windows! The main floor also features a convenient half bathroom and access to the elevator.
Also on the main floor are 4 bedrooms with TVs and private bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature a king bed and a twin sleeping nook,  the other room has a Queen bed.

The second floor features a second living area complete with a mounted TV and sleeper sofa. Guests will also find a convenient washer and dryer and of course, access to the elevator. There are 6 bedrooms located on this level. Just like the main floor there are 4 bedrooms with TVs and private bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature a king bed and a twin sleeping nook,  the other room has a Queen bed. There are 2 bunk rooms that share the full sized bathroom located off of the living area. One bunk room has 2 sets of twin bunks and 1 twin bed, that room sleeps 5 and features a wall-mounted TV. The other bunk room sleeps 3 in 1 set of twin bunks and 1 twin bed.

This home has a private driveway that can accommodate up to 8 cars. 
The pool measures 10 ft x 20 ft and is 5 ft deep and can be heated, no extra heating fees
Elevator measurements include: 40" across / 55" Deep/ With a door opening of 37 3/4"

**Pool heating is a seasonal amenity. Not available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.**

About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
