Brand-new construction at the doorstep of the GSM National Park, Presley's Retreat is the perfect mountain getaway for 6 adults, with triple bunks and a rollout bed for the kids. Once you reach the top of our paved (and steep) driveway, you'll find level space to park up to 4 vehicles and plenty of room to turn around. The deck is furnished with 6 Adirondack glider chairs and a 6-7 person hot tub, the perfect place to take in a mountain sunrise with coffee, or mountain sunset with friends.

This cabin is perfect for all ages. My husband and I, our kids ages 6 and 9, and their grandmother had an amazing time. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed along with luxury touches that made our stay relaxing and memorable. We will definitely rent this one again.

Beautiful views and endless entertainment.

My family and I had a great week at Presleys retreat! So much to do without ever even leaving the cabin- thebkids loved the indoor pool and arcade games. Adults loved the spacious front porch views and hot tub! The location was great and only a short drive to the parkway where you could find a million more things to do and places to explore. The driveway gave me a little anxiety with how steep it qas but our kids loved it and thought it was a rollercoaster :)

Great Mountain Home

The house was great! Everything was as described online. The house was neat and well stocked. The fact that the house had a pack n play and high chair for us was a big help for our 1 year old. The pool was also a big hit (just a tad bit chilly) for our 3 year old and the hot tub was wonderful for the adults. The house was convient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but still felt like we were in the mountains. We would definitely book it again!

Great time

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient location and a great cabin. Coffee on the porch in the morning was nice. Kids enjoyed the arcade games, pool table and definitely loved the pool. Communication was easy and quick and always helpful. We would stay here again for sure.

A retreat for all ages

A beautiful, clean and very well appointed cabin that was as listed!! Several amenities that are considerate of all ages. Our family ranged in age from 61 to 14 months, and we all enjoyed our stay. We had not even left the city limits when my grandson wanted to know when we could return to the cabin! 5 stars all the way. Thanks Matt for being very available and attentive to any need we had!

Amazing!

This house was amazing. It was perfect for our family. We have teenage boys and a 10 year old girl. They loved all of the entertainment this house has to offer. Communication with the owner was top of the line. The house was EXACTLY how the listing advertises. We plan to rent this house again in the summer. We look forward to coming back.

A Christmas to remember!

We spent Christmas 2022 here and it's one we won't forget for many reasons. It was nicely decorated for Christmas. The weather interrupted some plans, but the kids were ok as that meant more pool time! The kitchen was nicely equipped with plenty of items needed for cooking /baking & storing leftovers. They had extra batteries! There have been many cabins we've stayed in with either no or dead batteries, this was so nice! They do supply coffee, sugar/sweetner, honey, oils, etc. shampoo/conditioner/body wash, & hand soap, but if you're picky bring your own. I tried them & it seemed fine for the 5 nights we were there & I have long curly hair & sensitive skin. I was pleasantly surprised to see Name Brand products as well, as so many places go generic & while they're ok, it's just nice to see the added care. The cabin was stocked with ample towels for bathing & the pool, extra throw blankets were everywhere, so if you like to go outside & have one you're set or just on the couch. There is no soundproofing, but they kindly have supplied sound machines in each bedroom or just leave the TV on, beds were comfy. We had crazy weather while there including power outages and Matt was wonderful about finding out all he could for us & walking my husband through making sure everything was working properly after the outages we went through. The driveway is steep and if snow hits you're better off waiting for it to clear even with AWD! We were hit with a winter storm & the road was horrible with multiple vehicles off the road the day before we left. We obviously had concerns about leaving at 10am the next morning & contacted Matt again. He was very understanding & aware of the roads when it snows. He told us to not worry about the check out time & just be careful. Morning came & more vehicles were off the road & crews were unable to reach the roads or our driveway. We contacted Matt & he blew us away with his concern for us & our kids & offered us another night if it wasn't inconvenient for us! He also added once again to not worry about check out time & be safe. It was truly heartwarming to know genuine, caring people still exist & while I know this was a rare occasion, he didn't have to! If for nothing more than to receive exceptional hospitality it's worth it to stay here & know you're not left to figure it out on your own. Thank you Matt for being the best & we've stayed at a lot of places in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area! The Florence Family!

Family Fall Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and game room. I have stayed in many homes near Gatlinburg and this was by far the best! Matt was awesome and very friendly. He made sure our stay was perfect and was quick to respond to my questions and needs. The driveway is a little steep but we had no problems driving up and down it. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome cabin & fireplace, perfect hot tub/indoor pool, nice views, great location!

This was an amazing, clean property! Just as advertised. The indoor pool is amazing, and the hot tub is perfect! The gas fireplace is outstanding and heats inside and outside on the deck. What an amazing property! The pool table and games were awesome. Bedrooms were large, and beds were huge. Plenty of space for everyone. Thank you for accepting PayPal as a form of payment. They are truly awesome owners, and this is a great property!

Absolutely perfect

We came to celebrate me and My nephews birthday. We had 5 adults and 3 kids. 7, 4 and almost 2. The pool was of course a favorite for the kids. We loved the hot tub. The beds are SO comfortable and Matt was amazing and answered every question I had before the stay. It was flawless. They definitely pay attention to detail and make sure everything is there you need. Can't wait to come back!!

Beautiful cabin getaway

Easy and convenient booking of the property. Matt was great and very quick in responding to any questions or concerns that we had. Cabin was beautiful and very well layed out for all of our family needs. Cabin was very private and area was quiet allowing us to relax and enjoy being outside next to the fireplace in the evenings. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing Property

We had a great stay at the Presly Retreat. The property was extremely clean. We had a great time using the pool, hot tub, and mini arcade upstairs. The property is in a great area. Close enough to pigeon forge, gatlinburg, and smnp, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet. The driveway is steep, but we had fun driving up and down it. We will stay here again for sure. Wonderful Stay

This property was a wonderful place to stay for us. It was clean, nice, and peaceful. The hill is steep, like the owner said but honestly, that’s why the view is so pretty. Definitely would go back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful cabin stay

The cabin was one of the best we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of cabins! Very clean, nice and new. We have a 2 year old up to teens and they all thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. The pool, hot tub, pool table and games were very entertaining. It was also very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

The rental was everything we expected! The pool and games alone, at the cabin, could have provided enough entertainment for the entire trip! The driveway is steep, but our Ford Explorer and GMC Yukon XL made it just fine! The kids enjoyed “hiking” the driveway! If you want to cook, an extensive list of utensils and cookware is provided. Highly recommend this cabin!

Amazing cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is beautiful, very well designed and quality built. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay. All the furnishings, towels, silverware etc is all high quality and just added to the feeling of the cabin. Communicating with Matt was also great, he takes care of everything. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back soon!

Amazing Rental !!!!

Since I'm the first review I will try to hit the main details.. This house was amazing and had everything you need and more. The pool room was heated and warm and the spa tub was great. Amazing mountain ⛰ views and supper close i would say less than 10 minutrs to all the activities in Pidgenfordge and Gatlinburg is about 15-20 minutes away. The host /owner stayed in touch prior to our stay and was very welcoming. We will definitely return. I will caution the drive way it is very steep and we drove a dodge caravan and it did not make it up with Luggage and cooler and all 6 people. We had to get out and walk up while my husband went down and make a running start. If you have a jeep or 4 wheel drive you should be fine. Several people turned to come up the drive making a wrong turn and barely made it up and transmissions were suffering. So because it's steep theres no running around room out side if you have small children it's all down hill. That was not a problem for us. I definitely give this rental a five star and hated to leave.
