Each having their own private entrance. You will enjoy all the comforts of home while accessing the plentiful golf of St. Simons Island. There is a comfortable front patio that hosts a gas grill. Streaming TV. All while steps away from the Sea Palms Club House. What more could you need?

The condo was nice and right on the golf course in sea palms on the north end of the island. The host was awesome and very, very easy to communicate with.

This property stay was terrible. We arrived at the check in time and there was a repair man there that was putting on the front door. Like there was no front door by the check in time. Then there were many things wrong with the property like a missing shelf in the refrigerator and other smaller things like that. The wifi password provided was wrong and the property owner did not answer the entire time to resolve that. Then when we check out, the owner tried to tell us that she is pressing criminal charges for the “damage” (missing fridge shelf that was missing when I arrived) and other threats for me legally regarding this. She is a scammer and a terrible host, especially for how much was paid for staying here for 2 nights, less than 48 hours. I do not recommend staying at this property as you may be subject to legal reprimand for “significant damages” not caused by you or your guests. The Glynn sheriffs department was very nice though regarding this situation, apparently this is not the first time this owner has done this, so watch out.

Disappointing stay

I should have read the signals better and cancelled when I could. The owner was difficult to reach beforehand hand. I changed my booking from 2 weeks to 1 within the allowed time frame but had to ask several times for my refund. After checking in the biggest issues were: 1. The power company came to turn the power off for non payment. We convinced them to give us time to reach the owner. She said it should be on auto pay and handled it. 2. Shortly afterwards the water was cut off for non payment. She said the credit card on file had expired. They would have contacted her with notification prior to disconnecting. 3. The keyless entry failed on our arrival one night. We waited in the dark, being mosquito bitten and tried again. Then I contacted Nichole who suggested I had done something wrong and should give it a rest. Even though we had already done this we did it one more time. Eventually we left to find other accommodations for the night. It was late afternoon the next day before a locksmith came (whom I contacted myself) and we could access the property and retrieve our belongings. I missed a day of work and we had to secure other accommodations for the night. We left and notified Nichole that all of this was unacceptable and we were leaving and requested a refund. As before she had excuses and didn’t offer any reimbursement other than more time in her place. VRBO agrees this is not up to their standards and contacted her. We’ve heard nothing further.

Great rental property

First, we had to switch property locations due to power outage at the Sea Palm location. Nicole, our host, had another property located at Ocean Walk which we really liked. Thinking on coming down for two weeks in April. Thanks again Nicole. We appreciated your hospitality and working with us on this. We will be in touch in the near future. Skip B

Great location

We enjoyed our visit here. The unit was as presented and comfortable. The location, both to town and the golf course is excellent. The golf course is in great condition and a very fun layout. The owner was available, helpful, and responsive.

Not what I expected

Overall I had an unpleasant experience. The home was humid with the cooling running. It must have been poorly vented. This made all my belongings damp, and once I left everything had a smell of mould about it which meant washing all my clothes, just to remove the musty smell. The owner didn’t seem concerned about this when I told her and only believed me when I sent her photos of the mould on the ceiling and furniture. when I left the rental, which I did so early.

Perfect place set in a beautiful golf course

There were no issues what so ever. The home is very clean and spacious. The master bedroom is huge and the beds, omg... I seriously need to find out the brand because they are so comfortable. It's definitely worth a stay. Also, Nicholle was very helpful and accommodating to meet our needs.

Great neighborhood

This property is located in a quiet golf resort neighborhood. It is a good size and well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped! Unfortunately, we were surprised to learn that it was part of a duplex. The picture of 2 doors next to each other is misleading when the posting says that there are 2 bedrooms, each with their own entrance. The 2 doors lead to 2 halves of the duplex, and the walls are thin! We had difficulty with the cable service the second day but the owner was quick to respond and remedy the problem. In general, she was good at communicating. Overall, I would recommend the property.

Peaceful get away!

Had a great time staying at this place! Very clean, and had all the amenities me and my friends needed. Quiet community, and plenty to do around. Very happy we found this place, will definitely be back!

Great little golf villa!

Clean, organized and very comfortable. Great porch and it is nestled under several Magnolia trees and Spanish Moss so very well shaded and pleasant.
