This Condo has more amenities than any other on the island. This property was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable sleeping. Easy check-in and out. Well stocked kitchen but could use a few more forks for eating. Convenient location to the beach, pier, dining, and shopping. Our son had his college orientation at the College of Coastal GA so this was a great place to stay and enjoy SSI while attending that as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Comfortable suite showing its age

The unit is comfortable with a good location, but the suite and its furnishings are showing their age. The appliances are loud and there is not much soundproofing. The mattress sags. The verandah offers a relatively private place to sit, but everyone is periodically reminded of an airport runway nearby. Upon arrival, there was a sign mounted near the entry door indicating that owner was in violation and that the occupants (us) were prohibited from using recreational facilities or parking. The host did not say that the sign was posted in error, or that the issues would be resolved, only that we should ignore that notice. The sign was still there a week later. Perhaps we have been spoiled by other VRBO hosts, but this suite was poorly equipped and supplied. In the kitchen, there was no kettle, few pots and limited cutlery. Within days were shopping for dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bar soap, garbage bags, facial tissue, bath tissue and so on, all of which are sold in multi-week quantities. The expense was small but the inconvenience was significant.

Good location

Overall, a convenient and great location. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. However, communication was a little bit off. We didn’t receive any check in instructions until 4:00pm the day of arrival, after waiting in the parking lot over an hour for a response. Having traveled half a day with 2 young kids, this was pretty nerve wracking. We did ask the day before if it was okay to get there a little earlier than the stated check in time. Did not officially get into the room until roughly 6:00 that night, the cleaners had not been there yet. Our first day ended up being wasted which was a huge bummer but we had a good rest of the week. My kids enjoyed the playground being right next to us.

Getaway for just us two

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean, well appointed and in a nice quiet location. Check in and out was easy. Our biggest simple delight was the connect four game on the table! We hadn't played in a long time and it brought a new joy!

Great Place

This was a great place to stay. The location, amenities and condo were described as shown online. We had to call the owner for one thing and she answered right away and was super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Birthday Vacation!

My husband, son (9 yr.) & I stayed at this condo for my birthday vacation. It was amazing! It had everything we needed & the property owner/manager was there for us immediately when we had a question. It is close to the beach & village & the amenities at the condo were great. We played tennis & swam in the pool each morning. It was clean & beautifully decorated! We will definitely be back as long as this condo is available!

Beautiful Condo… Wonderful Experience

This place was so clean, and beautifully decorated! It felt so cozy, and it had everything we needed. When we walked in, we immediately felt “at home”. The location could not have been any better. The area is very safe, quiet and family oriented. It honestly has any amenity that you would need. We were able to get to anywhere on the island within minutes. The property manager was so easy to work with, and always available for questions. This was a seamless long weekend getaway that we will treasure for years to come!

Fabulous!!!!

This beautifully decorated condo was simply the best! The condo is soothing with its ‘beachy’ color scheme and relaxing environment. If you have kids, this place is a MUST! The owner has this property fully stocked - wagon, boogie boards, pool noodles, life jackets, goggles, sand toys, chairs, etc. She has everything you need at the beach at your fingertips! Don’t let the location (of it not being beachfront) fool you. It’s just a short ride to the beach. It actually worked out better for our family. There was no hopping back and forth. When we went to the beach, we stayed at the beach! It’s also just a short walk from downtown SSI. Owner was fabulous to work with. Responded quickly to any needs or questions. I can’t suggest this place enough! Book it now! Bc when word gets out about this fully stocked condo, it’s going to fill up fast!
