Wonderful Stay!!

Friends and I booked this property as it was close to family on the island and we couldn’t have been happier! It was big enough for the 4 of us, very clean, and the host was super friendly and very communicable! We definitely plan to book again when visiting the island in the future.

Comfortable home base, convenient location

Staying here, we had all the space and features we could need when resting or planning outings - from here, it was easy to explore and enjoy sites all over the island. Close to beaches, close to town, a well-supplied house and helpful, responsive host. Helped us make amazing memories

Convenient location

This property is a quick 2 minute drive to the local beach, bakery and grocery store. ( park at The Palms resort for beach access) We had plenty of room for our party of 6. Full kitchen made cooking easy.The neighbors are friendly and gave us great local advice.Communication with our hostess for any issues was quickly responded to ( Needed a few more glasses and forks) Overall a great experience.

My friends and I had an amazing time in St Croix!!! The property was amazing and just as described! The host was amazing and responsive, she helped us find the property when we got lost upon check in. Overall awesome time and very comfortable space! I would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect Getaway

Very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Very responsive owner. Great central location to get east or west. Washer/dryer and air conditioners work great. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Perfect Staycation!

Our family appreciated the chance to relax and take a much-needed break. The unit was clean and quite cozy. We have everything we could possibly need. The host, Priscilla, was quite helpful.

Great experience

Property owner was very personable and actually stayed on FaceTime when we drove from the airport. Plenty of nice towels. Most places were less than 10 minutes away so it’s centrally located.

Wonderful Island experience

A great and beautiful home. Very clean and welcoming. Host communicated with us and directed us right to the home. Perfectly located so that you are within minutes to anything you need. Amazing breeze while sitting on the front porch in the evening. So excited about returning for another stay soon.

This stay was not for pleasure. We came back to St. Croix for my grandmothers funeral. The check-in process and the communication with property manager was great. She helped us navigate to the home and when the water was not heating up or the stove wasn't working, she immediately came to turn the switch on over the weekend.

Great Host, But Listing Needs More Transparency

Our stay was smooth in terms of booking, and host Priscilla Williams-Mottley was warm, personable, and very responsive—she made the coordination process easy and welcoming.There were, however, a few things that were clearer in the listing to help us make a more informed decision. However, the listing didn’t mention that the home shares a wall with an occupied apartment, which affected privacy and quiet.Upon arrival, the house had a strong odor, possibly from fumigation. Our efforts to air it out were limited—some windows were covered with plastic, and the doors didn’t have screens. The scent began to dissipate as our stay ended.Cleanliness was another concern. We found hair in the master bedroom and bathroom that did not match ours, and the bed linens did not seem freshly washed. Without access to a washer, dryer, or vacuum, it was difficult to resolve these issues ourselves.Other details worth noting: there were ants in the kitchen area (and microwave), the unpaved road leading to the home with potholes and water buildup was tough to navigate; the immediate area surrounding the home was not aesthetically pleasing. Inside, towel bars and extra bedroom furniture to place personal items and toiletries would improve functionality and comfort. The master bedroom AC was not used due to an allergic reaction, likely related to dust or allergens.While we appreciated the host’s kindness and communication, full transparency would improve future guest experiences.

A Nice, Yet Modest Rental

Rented for 3 nights with 4 adults (myself, my wife, and two members of our wedding party from the previous week). Anyone familiar with the island knows many GPS services can be less than reliable on St. Croix, so we had difficulty finding the house based on the address, but the property manager was quick to respond with directions for us. There was a small maintenance issue with one bathroom when we checked in, but once again, the property manager was quick to respond to a message about it, and promptly sent over a maintenance worker to fix it first thing in the morning (we checked in a bit later in the evening, so I have absolutely no complaints that the maintenance worker could not be sent until the morning. A major plus for this rental is ease-of-parking. There isn't a paved driveway, but that isn't unusual for St. Croix. However, you don't have to drive through any brush to reach the house, there isn't a steep hill leading up to the house, and there is a very large, paved parking slab next to the house, very close to a rear entrance that makes it easy to load in your luggage.

Beautiful Vacation Villa

They say sometimes what you see is not what you get, but that is not the case with this property. Every picture on the description is exactly the same in person! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!!!! Our party of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely try to secure this property again should we visit St. Croix in the future, and we most definitely will recommend this property to anyone wishing to vacation on the island of St. Croix. The property owner was very professional and warm and her response time to any questions we had was beyond quick! When we opened the door the villa smelled absolutely lovely, the wind blowing through the windows made us not use the a/c as often as we thought we would. The surrounding areas was quiet, sitting on the front porch was a treat, to just enjoy the island breeze and serenity around us. Thank you Ms. Priscilla for your beautiful taste in decor and hospitality. It truly was a pleasure to have you as a vrbo host!
