The home has two living room areas with fireplaces, a fully equipped modern kitchen & dining room, 5 large bedrooms with walk-in closets & 5 bathrooms. A large kitchen and dining room are located on the second level of the home. On the first level, you'll enjoy a private hot tub overlooking the mountain tops and valley! This home is bound to become your choice luxurious retreat at the top of Bald Mountain with incredible 180-degree views. Close to many attractions & adventures like ziplining, hiking, golfing, mountain roller coaster, wineries, and more. Only 20 mins from Clayton, GA & Highlands, NC with dining options, stores, & parks.

Amazing house and location!

Stayed for a girls’ trip and had a great time! House is beautiful and well-maintained. Rooms and beds are so comfortable. Location is great for access to the Georgia and North Carolina mountain towns including The Highlands. Would absolutely stay again!

Best Ever.

Sky Moon Luxe is absolutely the best place we’ve stayed in the years we’ve been coming to the mountains. The views are spectacular, the house is very well appointed, with the best-stocked kitchen of any place we’ve visited. And to start off our stay, we were delighted and thankful for a wonderful charcuterie board awaiting us, along with red and white wines. Just really can’t say enough about this beautiful place. Family and friends felt the same.

Beautiful home..will def stay there again

My sisters and I enjoyed spending several days here in this lovely mountain home. The views were spectacular… plenty of room to spread out and just relax… everything we needed was at our fingertips.. although there was a problem with the heating on the upstairs level, it was taken care of and did not keep us from enjoying our time together.

Fantastic House

Spectacular views, comfortable house!

The views from the deck overlooking the national forest are amazing. The house is up to date, well stocked for cooking and has two large living rooms, new beds with modern bathrooms. Our party of 7 was more than comfortable and there was an extra bedroom to spare. We had easy drives to Highlands and Clayton for dining and shopping as well as a nice hike to Mud Creek Falls. We can highly recommend this property for family and or friend gatherings.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway

The house is absolutely beautiful! It was a pleasant surprise to finally see a home that had a perfect view of the mountains and more amenities than expected. The attractions and restaurants were close to the house and were great. Michele could not have been more helpful in providing answers to any questions we had. Truly a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the time with your family or friends.

Beautiful house in a gorgeous location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property over Labor Day weekend 2022. The house is clean, spacious and has stunning views of the surrounding North GA mountains. The house accommodated my family easily; it has plentiful bedrooms and bunkbeds for the kids. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, the hot tub, dining on the balcony, and using the well-appointed kitchen. The house is in a great location, within close driving distance to many beautiful waterfalls. Highlands are maybe a 20 min drive away. The close-by Julep Farms is a super cute place to check out with the kids and visit for lunch or dinner.

Great VRBO in Sky Valley

Outstanding property. Beautiful house. Nicely decorated. Kitchen with all the needed pots, pans, plates, utensils plus extras. Two nice decks with grills, hot tubs (which we did not use). Plenty of outside seating to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Easy access to nice pool and tennis courts. Twenty minutes from highlands. Good access to outside activities. Our family (6 adults and 4 young children) were totally satisfied. Would definitely stay there in the future.

Our family really enjoyed this property!

The property is clean and very well-equipped -- from the kitchen to the living room to the bedrooms to the laundry room and beyond. Truly feels like a home. Definitely a notch nicer than the properties around it. The experience was exactly as communicated -- would highly recommend staying at this property.

Stunning High End Home Perfect for Multiple or Large Families

We loved our stay here, would give it 10 stars! Home is truly stunning with fabulous high end finishes throughout. Perfect setup for large families or multiple families. Also great for kids! First floor has a huge master suite, living room with fireplace and a wet bar, and kids bunk room and bathroom on the opposite side of the floor from the master for great separation. Second floor has a gorgeous Mountain View with two bedrooms on one side with a hall bath and one en-suite bath, awesome open living room/ kitchen / dining, and large master suite on the opposite side. Deck across the whole front of the house (upper and lower levels) give a beautiful indoor-outdoor experience. We loved that the house is up on the mountain but it is just a short 10-15 minute drive down to reach restaurants and grocery stores. There is so much to do in the immediate area with several natural attractions nearby. We came for the snow but can’t wait to return in better weather to do more local experiences. Michelle the property manager was super responsive and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend this property, book it and you’ll be happy you did!

Great place

Would stay here again. One thing to realize if you have small children is there is a steep stairwell and the property provides one baby gate upon request. Other thing to be aware of is the main living area and kitchen are upstairs from the driveway so you will have to carry luggage and groceries upstairs. Property manager Michelle was great and very attentive. View and location are exceptional. Great stay!

This property was beautiful and the host was extremely helpful. She left a very nice little gift for our arrival, there was a wonderful booklet with information about the property and surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with great mountain view!

I enjoyed my stay at Sky Moon and would recommend it for anyone wanting a quiet getaway! The home is beautifully decorated and fully equipment with almost everything you will need for your stay. Michelle was a great hostess and quick to respond to any emails! She had a yummy charcuterie tray and bottle of wine waiting for me when I arrived. Everything at Sky Moon is first class and so well done! Thank you Michelle...I will be back with friends soon!
