Lovely house

Very clean well stocked house.Nicely decorated . Great for a family.Lots of beds. Steps up to house rental are not good for anyone with walking issues .Overall we loved this house.

Comfortable and convenient, excellent communication

Our stay was great! The space was exactly as advertised, with plenty of rooms and beds for my family and my sister’s family. It is surprisingly spacious. It was very clean and we felt very safe with our kids there. Yoena was quick to respond to any questions or issues, and was very hospitable. We felt so welcome. The location was convenient for us, as we were visiting family in the area and knew our way around. Easy check in and check out. Overall a great place and great host.

Clean and Comfortable

This property was amazing! We had more than the normal ( towels, linen, dishes, etc…). The owners were very helpful and was willing to recommend place to go to. Their place was very clean. Very spacious and the beds was very comfortable. AC’s in every room and enough parking for 3 vehicles. Neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to all shopping areas. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a safe and great place to stay with your family. Leon

Amazing for families!

My husband and our 18 month old stayed at this property for four nights. It was absolutely perfect for our needs and our host was extremely reliable and accommodating. There was a crib and a high chair for our little one and that was a big factor in our decision for booking here. The unit was incredibly spacious in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, and was so clean! I could not believe the amount of amenities available to us: so many extra towels/blankets/pillows, body wash/soap/conditioner, a curling iron and feminine products, k cups and a Keurig, pans, dishes, I could go on and on! Parking and check-in were also perfect. We truly felt right at home. My only recommendation for the host is to purchase a bigger and more comfortable couch, but please don't let that stop you from booking here. I promise you won't regret it! It's worth every penny!

Amazingly clean, plenty of rooms

You do need to walk up a flight of small stairs to access the property but it’s really an immaculate place. It’s very clean. There’s a large dining table and the beds were incredibly comfortable. My young kids enjoyed the bunk bed as we used it for a landing place prior to going to a reunion. WiFi is available. Tvs are there with access to your personal apps (Netflix, etc.). The floors had some really nice luxury vinyl tile(?) I think, although from one end it get a little like you were walking uphill, then once you pass the kitchen threshold it felt like you were going downhill- it’s subtle but noticeable. But that small issue pales in comparison to good keurig coffee, a water filter, a large fridge, clean bathroom, and a playground in the backyard (which we didn’t use since it was raining). Overall very responsive and helpful.

Great stay!

This property sits in a quiet, safe neighborhood and an older home that seems to be a renovated 2nd floor/flat. It is extremely clean!! Everything was in working order. Beds were extremely comfortable. TV's were updated (one in the living, one in one of the bedrooms (not the master)). Even though one full bathroom, it is large and had enough space to spread out. The stacked washer and dryer are full size and up to date. Kitchen appliance all up to date. Reasonable amount of dishes for our group of 4. Didn't do any cooking due to short stay but decent number of pots/pans, if needed. As mentioned in other reviews...the stairs to the unit are (what I assume) refurbished spiral stair case so they are steep and tight...took a little effort and care to ascend with full duffle bags. It definitely would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Toddlers would need a watchful eye or hand held. They got easier to use once navigated a few times coming/going but just keep in mind. :). And we all did notice the bit of slope to the unit/floor but nothing concerning, just a unique feel. :)

Excellent location for waterfire event. Clean and quiet area. Suggestion would be to have some information in the apartment for local attractions etc. But the owner was good about communicating what the area has to offer. Great quick response. Would highly recommend.

Great Place

This was a great place and in a very good location close to the area that we were visiting. The hostess responded back to me at a reasonable time with answers to any questions that I had. They provided us with everything that we needed. The rooms were a great size, the beds were comfortable. If I travel back to this area, I would definitely stay here again.

Great for a family

We spent several days here celebrating my son’s college graduation. There were up 7 of us total at times, plenty of space. The house was exceptionally clean. Great price for this pricey area this time of year. Would definitely stay again.
