Beautiful stay

We loved our stay in Paris and the apartment worked out wonderfully for us. The central location is awesome and helped us see everything in the city of lights!

A beautiful, chic appartment in walking distance of many bars, restaurants and local shops. The beds were sumptuously comfortable and we had the best night's sleep. I highly recommend !

The apartment is exactly as advertised, and was clean. The location managers responded promptly to any questions, as well. The location was amazing; close to Metro stops, and with all sorts of restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely book this again, but I would request more towels in advance—we were 5 women, and only 5 towels were provided!

Beautiful and spacious

Beautiful and spacious apartment with AC in every room — a lifesaver during the heatwave! The neighborhood feels a bit gritty and has lots of graffiti, but there are tons of great restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores nearby. Short walk to the metro makes getting around easy.

Pros and cons of this propertyPros include 3 bedrooms, 2 showers and a good size dining space.Cons -all the information provided by the host was completely inaccurate. There are no mirrors in the bathrooms-hard to get ready since there is no place with a sink and a mirror. 2 of the bedrooms only have 2 electrical outlets so you have to choose between plugging in the bedside lamp and your phone, one of the bedrooms has no place to hang clothes (or take things out of the suitcase). There's 1 toilet and the room is very small-at 5"1" my knees hit the door.

Excellent location, large bedrooms.

Excellent apartment, beautiful views in a wonderful location. Strange layout. Three large bedrooms. Two large shower rooms with a sinks. The smallest room with a toilet crammed into the corner. Literally 15 cm of space between toilet and the door. if you are over 6 feet tall it would not be possible to sit with the door closed. Head scratcher for the design in an otherwise great place.

Paris Apartment

Toilet is in a small cupboard. No ironing board supplied even though it is on the amenities list - I was told to go and hire one. They supplied the iron. The cupboard door on the washing machine came loose so we took it off to avoid further damage. Toilet seat and lid not attached to the toilet. This was fixed day five of our stay. No bathroom mirrors. You have to use the mirrors in the bedrooms.

Awesome stay in Le Marais

Great 7 night stay. Awesome location and great communication with the property manager. Everything was fantastic. The flat is comfortable and easy to access. A couple things we found frustrating, but not dealbreakers: the listing shows 2 bathrooms stated as "Toilet - Shower Only" with both a toilet and shower icon. Technically, there are 2 shower bathrooms with sinks (no toilet), and a separate 3rd bathroom that was a toilet only, no sink. The shower bathrooms have no mirrors which we found a bit odd - in order to shave or apply makeup you need to go to a bedroom where there is a mirror. And when you use the toilet, you need to wash your hands in a separate bathroom as there is no sink in the toilet bathroom. There is also no bidet or TP holder in the toilet bathroom.The property manager was quick to reply with any message, however since we arrived CDG early in the morning (9am), we hoped to check in early to at least drop our luggage (family of 5). The manager always replied quickly, but up until even 2 hours before our check in (4pm), they mentioned that early check-in was "subject to availability." All this meant we needed to arrange to drop our luggage at a nearby site and pay for that service for the day until 4pm. Not a huge deal, but just a bit frustrating. Despite these minor things, this was a great place to stay and we would book here again.

Bien situé, très propre et 100% climatisé

Service rapide suite à certains problèmes techniques. Malgré tout, le problème n’a pas été réglé avant notre départ.De grâce !!! On peut vivre avec une sale de toilette microscopique (on est à Paris tout de même) MAIS changer le CV ouvert de la toilette !

Beautiful apartment-Only 1 toilet and in a tiny room

The apartment is very nice, with 3 comfortable bedrooms. The two shower/sink rooms are new and modern. The apartment is charming, and as it shows in the pictures. The living room is cozy with comfortable places to sit for 2-3 people, plus the chairs from the table and a nice big TV.The host was responsive and friendly.There are a few things to mention - may or may not be a problem for others. We stayed for 9 nights.Only 1 toilet. The listing indicates there are 2 toilets. The shower rooms have a shower and sink, but not a toilet. Only 1 toilet in a separate room. While not that big a deal all by itself, the room the toilet is in is way too small. Difficult to close the door to use the toilet. Seat was broken (as prior reviewer mentioned) but I think it will get broken over and over and it is very difficult to use this toilet without putting stress on the seat (I think that's enough detail). Very impractical for a necessary fixture. No place to put the toilet paper. Toilet situation really a disaster, and sadly probably a very difficult thing to be changed, since the rest of the place is really nice. This toilet issue would be enough to keep me from staying here again :(FYI - Apartment is on the 2nd floor, stairs are spiral. Those with lots of luggage or mobility issues could struggle.

Great location, restaurants very close, host easy to reach

Couple and 2 college age kids. Prior reviews let me know everything I needed. Beds comfortable, A/C worked great, quiet neighborhood but extremely close to unlimited places to eat. The toilet room is extremely small but I knew this as I rented this place. Shower/sink area could really use a mirror for men shaving, but we worked around it with mirror in bedroom. Really a wonderful location and responsive host
