Fantastic property, perfect for our long weekend in Steamboat. Beautiful views all around, moments from Safeway and downtown, and close to some great hiking and Stagecoach state park which has a great lake, beach, and boat rentals. We spent a lot of time in the basement game room and enjoyed the whole home Sonos system, the hot tub, and the park in the back was perfect for a Saturday morning volleyball game. Will certainly look to stay here again if we need a big space in Steamboat in the future!

The host was amazing, checking in with us along the way. the house was perfect and a short walk to the private gondola and Brick restaurant. Would highly recommend staying here.

The management company did an outstanding job with communication, services such as hot tub maintenance and garbage. Their shuttle app was excellent; drivers and vans always available and timely. We highly recommend this property.

My friends and I had a great time at our rental. Instructions were clear and seamless, house was extremely clean, and the shuttle service was clutch. Check-out was straight forward and we felt very comfortable and at home throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend this property as well as this company.

Annual Ski Trip

Can't beat this location! 5 minute walk to the Gondola and Brick restaurant, which is fire. Exactly what we were looking for and would recommend.

The home was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds/bedding was wonderful. The shuttle service and access the the gondola were awesome! Highly recommend this property

Great for big or small group

This property was ideal for accommodating large groups and As such can accommodate small as well. Amenities were great. Couldn't have been happier with this property.

Great home base

Location and amenities of this home were exactly as advertised and perfect for our long weekend stay while attending various events in and around Steamboat Springs. The staff were pleasant and responsive when we contacted them.

Two families, sixteen people, did a seven day ski tripVery nice house. Walk to gondola. Enjoyed the nearby pools and hot tubs.

It was nice to see that house in person looked just like the pictures on the website. There were 10 people in our party and it was the perfect size. The house had a nice grill, hot tub and fire pit. FYI: There is no privacy as all the yards back up to one another. The gym and restaurant close by were super convenient. The shuttle was reliable. I would recommend this house.

The stay was ok, we appreciate the amenities and the ease of walking to and from the gondola. The frustrating part was the broken washer, which then resulted in over used gear. Three days to fix during a 5 day stay is a lot of time when going up and down a mountain. This made a lot of the guest upset and some asked for a refund… we did our best to deal with the parking requests but that was a bit frustrating as well. We were there to celebrate my birthday and engagement. Unfortunately left disappointed.

We are so sorry about the washing machine breaking! Our team did their best to get parts to Steamboat as soon as possible. We did text you before your stay about the parking rules at this home and also included all of that in our check-in information. We are sorry you missed it. We are so sorry you left disappointed!

Great Property

Property was great. It was perfect for a family with kids. The kids loved the bunk beds and game room on the bottom floor. The bonus was the shuttle that was quick and would take you within their area. The shuttle drivers were so nice and we never had to wait more than 10 min for a shuttle. That was a game changer as the parking in Steamboat is limited.

Fantastic Stay!!!

This property was superb. The house is beautiful with lots of space in all the rooms, including closet space. The game room was enjoyed by not only our 2 kids but by all the adults, too!! The hot tub was a must after spending the day in the cold, offering gorgeous snowy views. It is perfectly located. A quick 5 to 10 minute walk (depending on pace) to the free Wildhorse Gondola that takes you to the base of the mountain where you can enjoy some shopping and restaurants or to hit the slopes. We LOVED the free shuttle service that Steamboat Lodging provides. The downloaded app was super easy to use to set up for shuttle pick up and drop off. The shuttle was able to pick us up most of the time within 5 minutes. We never waited longer than 15 minutes for pick up. I highly recommend and would definitely book this property again!!

February 2024 5 Nights

Beautiful home. Convenient location. All the amenities you could ever need. Unless you were doing a shrimp boil for 8 HA!. Sidewalk, driveway and path to hot tub was cleared of snow. All Was great. Hot tub was clean and easy to get to. Only one improvement, would have been nice to have a hair dryer in every bathroom.

Wildhorse Sanctuary 1/30-2/4

WS was a great place to stay for our large family and friends (14). There was enough room for all. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The short walk to the neighborhood gondola was nice for those who were skiing. A big THANKS to Kami and Margaret for helping make our stay easier when we needed a couple things. Also Matt was a big help transporting us to the town for our dinner night out. We would definitely use Steamboat Lodging company again.

Awesome house for large groups

House is great for large family group. Shuttle service is excellent. Distance to gondola not great in skiboots House is in need of minor repairs: -Ice maker isnt working (you delivered crushed ice so we got by just fine) -Dishwasher isnt doing a good job - needs to be checked. -Main shower needs attention - mildew at base of back wall. Great house with easy to fix maintenance issues

Beautiful house; perfectly suited our needs for a wedding weekend

The house was exactly as described - modern, clean, comfortable. The check-in was seamless. The host checked in via text before and during our stay to make sure that we were all set and had everything we needed. When we requested extra towels they arrived very quickly. The property has all of the travel amenities you might need. Wifi was better than any rental property I've ever stayed in. There was a welcome gift basket that was a very generous touch and the team went above and beyond after one of our guests had a run-in with an elk on the drive up. Excellent stay - highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Wildhorse Sanctuary 3/6-3/11 2024

Our crew of 10 had a wonderful ski vacation at Wildhorse Sanctuary. The home is beautiful, clean, exactly as advertised and photographed, and had *plenty* of space for all of us. We found the kitchen to be well-equipped with ample dishes, utensils, cookware, and serving items. We loved having the hot tub and downstairs game room for after-snow activities. The gondola to the ski area is a very short walk from the house as are the fitness center and pickleball courts. Communication with Steamboat Lodging was easy and they responded quickly to my questions. All in all, a fabulous trip!
