Oceana 202 is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 ensuite) never before rented condo on Puerto Vallarta's famous restaurant row. The professionally decorated home is designed to provide you with serene and spacious accommodations for 6 with individual temperature controlled rooms to satisfy each guest. While you'll no doubt take advantage of Puerto Vallarta's world-class restaurant and street food scene, Oceana 202 has a fully provisioned kitchen for the chefs in your group, and a massive private terrace to dine and gather.

Only 3-years old, Oceana boasts one of Puerto Vallarta's most breathtaking rooftop pool lounges with stunning views of the bay's world-famous sunsets, mountains and cityscapes. Enjoy these same views during your work-out in our first-class gym, or while barbecuing poolside with our Wolf grill.

Be amongst the first to experience our beautiful and secure home with an amazing onsite security team and our private concierge team of professionals delighted to assist you during your stay.

Although the dynamic restaurant, nightclub and shopping scenes of Zona Romantica are all just outside your door, and gorgeous Los Muertos Beach is a three-minute walk, should you desire to bring your vehicle for extended trips, a parking space in our gated garage is available for a nominal fee.

Two Weeks of Paradise

The condo is in the perfect location to access all of Old Town PV, with three beds/three baths for our stay! What a wonderful retreat and responsive property management team, in Juan Carlos!!! We would have booked for next year at the same timeframe, but it a is already reserved for other guests.

This property was exactly as presented. Communication was fantastic and responsive. Location great. Extremely well stocked kitchen and amenities. Would stay here in a minute if needed a 3 bedroom again!

escape from Canadian winter

This is a lovely condo that offers all the comforts including a fully equipped kitchen ready for any cook. The manager is available to deal with any issues or to help guide you during your stay. The location is excellent as long as you are looking to be in the middle of all the action and be walking distance to all the conveniences. Catherine is an excellent host.

Beautiful location, facilities and host

Hi there - we absolutely loved our host and property manager for this property. They did an outstanding job ensuring our satisfaction including assisting us when we needed medial appointment. The unit is awesome - you will want for nothing. I'd have absolutely given 5 stars for everything in their control. The noise however is out of their control but it is really disruptive. We were forewarned, wore earplugs and so on, and unfortunately it still was an issue as you get hallway noise in the bedrooms and restaurant noise in the front rooms. Just a drawback on what is a perfect place otherwise for which the hosts do try to assist best they can and are completely upfront about. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay. xo

The best host communications ever. Wonderfully thoughtful amenities from A/C and fan in every space to expansive and well-supplied kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Spectacular infinity pool with surround view of city. Very safe and very clean.

Great place and location

Outstanding apartment, I found everything that I needed in the house. It made us feel like home. At the same time we had an awesome support from the owner and her team. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the sound coming from the Margaritas Grills, music was way too high and made hard to keep the windows open during the day. Nothing that an hear plug couldn't fix. Also all the amenities from the Building were great. Pool area and gym were very well done. Thank you for having us. We had a great time in our begging of 2022.
