Crystal Coast Condo - Full Amenities!

A Place at the Beach unit 288.

Renovated in the last few years, our condo has something for everyone. Our two bedroom, two bath condo has so much to offer a family! The condo has a queen bed in the master bedroom and includes a full tile shower in the master bath suite. The second bathroom has a single over full bunk bed. The second bath includes a bath/shower combination.

The main area includes a fully renovated kitchen with marble counters, full oven and full refrigerator. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in the living room closet. The living room includes 2 couches and a 50" TV.

Our rental includes bath and bed linens. Pool and beach towels are not provided!

The condo property includes 2 pools: an outdoor with a 150' slide and an indoor pool (heated in the offseason). The indoor pool area also includes a hot tub. There are also many things to do on the property: Tennis courts, basketball court, mini golf, charcoal and gas grills, a playground and a spacious courtyard.

April Vacation getaway

This is a great property with lots of great places to eat near by. If you love shelling the beach is great, especially down near Fort Macon. The two pools were great to hang out by and we loved hanging out by the firepit at night. Jason the owner was great and took care of all of our needs. I would recommend staying here if you want a great seaside getaway.

Jason was very quick to address any issues that came up. The property has so much to do and our 5 year old went down the slide at least 100 times!

Beautiful condo

We love staying at this place, hands down one of the best places to be. Kid friendly, some units are pet friendly, the staff was polite, and everything was great.

Our piece of heaven on Earth

My family and I have been coming to A Place at the Beach for 7 years now. We love this place and our kids always have a blast! This was the first time we stayed in a condo not owned by the resort and we were very pleased. The room was clean, decorated nicely, and very comfortable for a family of 4. We would definitely stay again!

Family get away

We have been coming to a place at the beach since our kids were little for 20 years and we have been so busy we haven’t been in a few years. We came back and it was awesome as it always was. Jason is a awesome host and communication was excellent. The unit was extremely clean and we had a blast! Thank you Jason for letting us stay!!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time! So much for the children to do! We wished we could have stayed longer. One thing I will say is that the cable did not work but we never were really in the room to watch TV. Other than that it was awesome! We watched fireworks from the balcony! Cooked all of our meals but one! Amenities were great! Looking forward to returning!

We have stayed in several different units in this development, and this particular unit is at the top of the list. Beds were comfy; just about anything you need in the kitchen is there.

Fun Family Vacation

We stayed here in July 2022. Two adults and two young kids. We arrived after hours and the check in process was quick and easy. I had to go back in the am to get bracelets but that was ok. The bracelets were for security purposes and they did check to see if they were on and you belonged on sight. Beach access was easy to get to and not too far of a walk and the outdoor waterslide was great fit for the kids and us too! The people that were there were very nice! The condo itself, was perfect for the 4 of us with a nice view of the pool and the ocean in a short distance out. Owner communication-I did have some questions and when I emailed the owner he was very quick to respond and very was helpful! I gave the place a rating of 5 stairs in every area except the cleanliness, that received a 4 but it was an easy fix and definitely not a deal breaker just small thing with housekeeping. If you are looking for a quiet place to visit definitely worth looking into!!
