Located in a lovely beachfront luxury resort, this three-bedroom condo is the ideal place to spend a fun-filled vacation with the people you love most. There is a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare wonderful food, and you can take your meals out to the private balcony to enjoy an al-fresco dining experience. Don't forget to take the elevator to explore the many on-site amenities that include a shared pool, sauna, and tennis court. The suite's free WiFi will make it easy to post a good selfie to your social media.

THINGS TO KNOW
The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling. For current updates on construction progress and timeline, or for any questions related to The Palms construction project, please call 251-968-6868.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice balcony view. Nice people all around us. However, the condo wasn’t clean at all. Shampoo, soap bottles were empty. The couch and love seat were very stained and stunk. Shower curtain had mold on it. Rugs felt very nasty to walk on.

The condo itself is great--very spacious, good size balcony, great view, large kitchen. But all of the prior reviews about the living room furniture are true, and the photos do not reflect the true condition. Actually the sofa is not quite as bad as the chairs--there is a very old looking brown chair that has the seams showing. But the real eyesore is this chair and ottoman that is so stained I couldn't tell what the original color was (yellow? green?). Whether the furniture was actually clean or not, that chair and ottoman make the whole room look unclean--so much so that my husband went to Target to get cheap bedsheets to put over them before he would sit on them. The same is true for the cushions on the balcony. Everything else was great or at least okay. While it didn't ruin our trip, the quality was not up to the amount of money we paid nor what we have experienced at other Orange Beach condos (we go every year). Also, we were offered a late checkout - which we accepted, but then got locked out of the condo a full hour and a half before our checkout time. There was no one on the premises to help and we finally got someone from Vacasa on the phone who was able to get us back in. I would not stay here again.

Great Condo, Perfect Location. The only downside was the Main Bedroom had a full bed. Makes it a little small for The Spouse and yourself.

The condo was in major need of updating…the paint on the walls was unfinished and looked horrible. The furniture in living room is very old & dirty. The beds were like sleeping on the floor and pillows were flat. The beds & pillows need to be replaced before people sleep there again. The cleaning crew didn’t even put the right size sheets on the bed in master bedroom and i sent message and they finally brought us another set which at least fit the bed. I come to the beach and stay in condos 3-4 times a year and this has to be the worst I’ve ever stayed in.

The property was well maintained. The security guard on duty was very friendly and informative. I had questions and he had answers. Beautiful view from a very spacious balcony. The unit is s due for some updating. It was very clean. However, the furniture is obviously showing its age. It’s clean but stained from years of use. I saw reviews complaining about the beds. We found the beds to be comfortable and I slept like a baby. I will absolutely stay here again.

Don't stay here

I was shocked at the filthy, stained furniture. The kitchen drawers were so dirty we couldn't use anything until it was washed and we had to go to the store first because they provided no dish soap.There was hair and mold in the bathroom. They had twin sheets on a full bed so the sheets only covered half the bed. It was horrible.The extra 2 blankets were moldy and musty. I had to wash them first. There was no hair dryer and no coffee, something even a Motel 6 provides. I saved for a year to stay at a nice condo on the beach. I will NEVER book through this company again. It was shameful.

First time staying here and besides the condo being outdated it had a beautiful balcony view of the beach. The AC worked wonderfully. Showers had hot water. Fresh towels. First floor to the beach was always cleaned and had fans going at all times. The pool is amazing. We had a great time!

Deeply Disappointing Stay – Condo in Need of Serious Attention

After a four-hour drive, we arrived expecting a clean, well-maintained condo that reflected the price we paid. While the unit appears to have been cleaned superficially, it quickly became apparent that it has not been properly maintained or cared for. The following issues were unacceptable and severely detracted from our experience: • Exposed electrical wires — a safety hazard that should never be present in a rental property • Half-painted walls, giving the unit an unfinished and neglected feel • Mold growing in the shower tile — completely unhygienic and off-putting • A missing towel rack, making basic convenience an issue • Laundry doors were not attached, simply leaning against the wall • A noticeable hole in the bedroom ceiling • An old, faded bathroom mirror riddled with brown spots • Outdoor furniture so severely weathered it left rust stains on the floor • Indoor furniture that was visibly stained and worn For the price and expectations set, this was unacceptable. I’ve rented many vacation properties over the years and have never been this dissatisfied. It’s clear that this unit has been left to deteriorate, and it needs immediate attention to meet even basic rental standards. I strongly urge the owner or property manager to take this feedback seriously. Without meaningful improvements, future guests will likely be just as disappointed—and it will undoubtedly impact reviews and future bookings. At this time, I can only leave a 1-star review. This experience was simply not what we were promised.

Last minute get away

The confo eas dirty and smelled like mildew . The living room furniture snelled bad and the chair and ottoman were too FILTHY to sit on. All extra blankets snelled like dirty feet and perfume. I had to spend my money for cleaning stuff and my 2st 4 hours of vacation making it liveable, all after a 12 hour drive. I AM FURIOUS!
